I've been wanting to have Ring Doorbell for a while now, and I finally got it. This Ring Doorbell 3 plus was bundled with Echo Show 5. It was an awesome bundle price. And I love how these two work together! It's easy to use. Installation is basically very easy, just follow the step by step instructions provided. I'm not a very "sophisticated tech person" but I did fine with installing, downloading and connecting to other smart home products in my house. I love the features it has. For example you can customize the motion sensor. Everything is just as described on product description.

Easy to install and definitely what I wanted. I hard wired mine to save battery life. It picks up very clear noise with a excellent picture. It doesn't miss anything that in my zones, the pre roll is alright just wish it was in color but it's not so I can deal with it. Overall I love my ring doorbell and my cam spotlight with the solar panel to keep my battery full always.

This doorbell requires a lower voltage and can be hardwired or battery operated. We chose hardwire. More advanced models required more voltage than our doorbell wiring already had. One complaint is the picture is blurred. Sensitivity goes off & captures brief snips whenever someone walks past on the sidewalk or any vehicle drives past. However, it does not show the person walking completely by. It shuts off after 2 seconds in front of the house. Not sure if this is something I can fix with settings. It is definitely better than nothing. For more features, you have to pay a monthly subscription service. You do have a choice of faceplates.

Searched around to see if ring doorbell 3 installs like ring doorbell 1 and couldn’t find anything. It does NOT. The screw patterns are different and had to drill 3 more holes in my wall to replace my ring doorbell 1 with ring doorbell 3. The picture quality seems better. Hopefully connectivity is better. The “Venetian bronze“ plastic cover on the doorbell 3 looks cheap compared to the doorbell 1 Venetian bronze. If the connectivity is the same, I will return the doorbell 3. I only recommend if you don’t already have a smart doorbell and want 1. May even be better off saving money and getting a lower model. Picture left is doorbell 3 right is doorbell 1.

Install was flawless. It wasn't easy to mount in brick and mark but thst is no reason to blame the doorbell. So far the live iew has been great. I turned off notifications due to having high winds here qnd plants moving around. I know that can be adjusted. I liked this one so much, I boughtba 2nd one for another house.

The battery life is great! I live on a busy road so I thought it would run out quickly so no… I’ve never had any issues with the weather! Super resistance! Video quality is amazing! Installation VERY easy and quick.

The picture quality is awesome. Really like the recoding capability. Connection to my ring account and Alexa was super easy. Just followed the ring app instructions. Sound quality is clear and crisp. I like the ease of using the Alexa App to setup routines. I like getting notifications on the Alexa app that someone or motion as detects. I can open the app and see a package being delivered.

I love my ring camera and do feel like it's a wonderful layer of protection for our family. The images posted with this are directly from the ring camera! As you can see they're quality image during the day and at night. You can see a live view of what's going on in front of your house and you can go back and look at events that occurred previously. The app is a huge part of what encouraged me to buy this. The app is a great way to alert neighbors of things going on and it can be anything from wild animals in your neighborhood (like bears), missing pets, to people with bad intentions hanging out in front of your house. We purchased this a few years ago now and we've been SO pleased with everything so far. I love being able to see if there are potential threats nearby and being able to download footage and send it to the authorities if need be. The app has a direct line of contact with local emergency officials and it's quick. There's also a doorbell button that alerts your phone. I love this because we took our regular doorbell out since it gives my dog anxiety and the ring doorbell sends a notification to your phone instead. That is also helpful if you listen to things through headphones and can't hear the doorbell because you'd hear out through your phone. You can communicate with whoever is pushing the doorbell and the microphone is clear and easy to hear. Let's say you wanted the mail person to leave something under your doormat because you're in bed sick, you can communicate that to them through the microphone. This is super easy to install and the battery lasts a long time and charges up quickly when it dies. I do wish it has a USB-C charge port, but other than that this security camera is amazing!!! I think you can link multiple cameras up together too which is great if you want to put one in the front of your house as well as the back!

My ring is my absolute best friend ! I see and hear everything that is going on outside my home , at all time, which helps easing my anxiety. I can leave notes and talk to delivery people even when I'm not home , saving them having to return my parcels . My ring doorbell was the best purchase for my house .

Easy to install, even for me!! Great quality video, even night vision and motion detection. The audio is very good and the battery life is quite good. I find deleting all old clips help the battery life last longer. Overall, great product, and it gives you extra peace of mind safety.
