Easy install on brick and video quality is great, worth cost.

Phenom!! Great product at a steal of a price on Black Friday. It took me 3 minutes to unhook my old doorbell & replace it with this one. The picture is crystal clear, it can get old with notifications constantly popping up on your phone but just turn down the notifications to your specification. Must have for anyone.

Works really good. There is a lag of about 3 seconds. It's easier for me just to look out the window. But is nice for when we are away. I follow every car that passes it by and have wide motion detection so battery will need to be charged every 45 or so days. Not a big deal to me. But for the price, it works.

Going back and forth in my mind for years, I finally picked this with the wireless chime. I was propelled a little faster when original doorbell started making unbearable noises. So thank you to it. Great picture, sound, settings to personalize how you want to see or hear things and mountable pretty much anywhere. Love our new setup!

Very clear both day and night, it was easy to setup.

I have been using this for about a month and really like the view field. There are a few blind spots but that is to be expected. My biggest issue is getting the motion detection zones set where it does not pick up large vehicle traffic on the street but still catches the movement of anyone approaching the house. I believe it will be better once I connect the ring path lights.

Love it! I do wish the battery would last longer. I purchased this knowing I could hard wire it or use the battery. Thought the battery option would be more convenient. Which it was as far as install, just not the best battery life. I would definitely purchase another battery for easy swap out when running low.

The improvements are greatly appreciated. The removable battery, which is interchangeable with other RING products, assures you of reliable power to the doorbell. Buy an additional battery and keep it charged so you never miss a beat. The 1080p video plus the 3 second preview in B/W are nice upgrades.

This camera is packed with features and leaves us with peace of mind when away from home. Although it won't stop people from committing crime, you can at least get the image or video of what's happening. It even helped us communicate with fedex, Amazon delivery people. *buy a second battery.

I really like the ring video doorbell. The preroll feature is excellent to see where people come from. The audio and video quality is great. The only downsides I have is there isn't enough customization. I get false notifications every so often because I cannot change enough of the zones and still make it function.

We had a ring 1 and could not use the motion sensor as even on the minimum it would pick up street traffic. The 3 Plus has a much better motion control. The first generation Ring had connectivity issues but this one does not. The motion alerts being checked for a person is a nice feature.

We love the Ring 3 Plus! This is our first video doorbell. We have had it for almost a year and never had an issue. The camera image is crystal clear. I like that you can go live and talk & hear. The rollback in time is also a nice feature.

We love our ring but it does have a bit of a learning curve to create an alert area. We highly recommend the ring. Ours is a wireless which means batteries. If you constantly do live views batteries will go faster…but we had no choice as there was no adequate wiring.

Really like the device, works well. Battery life was longer than expected. Lasted about 7 weeks, changing the battery out was a snap! Camera quality is very very good! Super nice to use with my echo show. Gave 4 stars because the app is a little clunky and have had some instances (only about 2 or 3) where the notification was sent late.

Glad I purchased this system. It was an easy installation with geek squad. Was able to use it right away. Picture/video quality is good. Still learning the how to utilize the in’s and out’s of the services. I would recommend this to others. Especially if receiving packages often. Great buy!

We upgraded from the original ring door bell to the 3. We are highly impressed so far. The clarity of the video is amazing. We love that it can detect motion and people. The sound quality is pretty decent as well. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is they need to work on the app. I will get a notification of motion at my door, but the video will not always load immediately.

I honestly love ALL of the Ring products. I do not have one single complaint. However, I want to stress how important it is for those who plan on purchasing to be sure you have a reliable high speed I terenet connection. If it’s questionable, spend the extra money here for upgrades to your modem, etc. because, with Ring devices, tour experience with their effectiveness is only as good as your internet connection. Case in point: dead areas on your time line where your internet connection failed. In Kentucky, it’s virtually impossible to have true high speed continuous internet coverage unless you live downtown or on campus. Most of us don’t. Its worth more than a mention the importance of knowing what type of internet coverage you gave, what you can do to change/upgrade, and make appropriate changes before purchasing a security system. Otherwise, Ring is great! Do yourself a favor and arm your home for a reasonable price. It’s hard to put a price tag on peace of mind.

Good overall. First ring . Very easy to use. Install was easy too.
