Video quality is good. When answering the doorbell the phone app tends to get stuck half of the time and have to close the app. By that time the person at the door is long gone. Watch live view is mostly reliable. Pairing with samsung family hub refrigerator and works really well. A bit bulky for hardwired installation Overall is very convenient to have at the door

I have the ring video doorbell 3 and I really love that I can see a portion of the video before the recording starts to pickup as the person approached my door. The video is very clear and I can see a great part of the area that I need to view. I highly recommend the video doorbell ring 3

The doorbell has good video quality...when it works. We have had to have it replaced once under warranty as it stopped charging. Despite that, I would generally still recommend it as this charging issue only happens once every few months or so.

This Ring - Video Doorbell 3 Plus was shipped in a reasonable amount of time. It came in perfect condition and was on sale for a good price. I was amazed how will it worked and it came with everything you might need. No wonder they, The Ring Doorbell, is so popular.

Works pretty good, however my battery dies pretty fast and needed to be charged within 3 weeks of having it. Perhaps I didn’t charge it long enough before using it the first time. We’ll see how long it last after this 2nd time. Also, when ever it rings to let me know someone is passing by it takes a while to upload/process the video for me to see.

The Ring Video Doorbell 3 is very simple to set up. I had mine up & running in about 15 minutes. The battery needs a few hours of charging but seems to last a long time. It also sends you an email when it is time to recharge. The picture quality is good and you can easily adjust the settings.

I got this ring door bell 3 Plus for $169.99, now it’s 199.99. Great choice, it has preroll, more clarity in video, I read. I can talk to ppl on my porch. Or when I go live I can listen to the outside. My first ring door bell, glad I purchased when I did! Would recommend!

The only thing we did not care for was that, initially the Battery took way too long, about 18 hours too charge so we thought something was wrong with it after reading other customers having same problem. Should have mentioned that up front in the Instructions/Setup guide that it could take that long.

Awesome camera in pitch black area. Happy to be able to know when someone is approaching my front door before they get to it. This helped out when deliveries were made to the front door since most delivery people don't bother to knock or ring doorbell to let you know a package is at your doorstep.

Very clear and catch everything off the street. Had a few exs creep up the door, someone left a package and I can see their face clearly. Just get one. Nowadays you never know what weirdo comes up to your door or what crime is happening off the street.

It turns out that this doorbell is the better one than the pro series doorbell. I had the newer generation doorbell but the battery wired to the transformer. I thought the solar charge would charge the battery alone since I live in sunny Los Angeles but it didn’t. Finally got a working transformer and then put this doorbell on and haven’t had to recharge the battery. I bought the white trim to switch out the silver trim on the Ring website. It makes my wall and doesn’t make the doorbell so noticeable on the wall and looks nice. It doesn’t cost much and the lower trim piece is easy to remove I also have the 1st generation wired ring doorbell which is a smaller footprint for the back door and it works perfectly. I bought the changeable trim from silver to dark brown to match the surface which is sold on the Ring website and very inexpensive

I switched to Ring after using D-Link for many years. The quality is great. I love the cloud service and the plans are extremely reasonable. Plus, who doesn't like talking to people walking past your house and they have no clue where the voice are coming from.

Didn't know how much I would appreciate this little device. It's great to be able to see deliveries, etc. Easy to install, easy to work the app. The only thing I didn't realize is that after your first 30 days you have to subscribe to be able to see the videos.

I’m so thankful for having this camera. I wasn’t too sure which Ring device to get but this is great. I originally had it wore the house but the house wiring is outdated and it kept draining the chime. Thankfully I purchased a backup battery.

Glad I upgraded from the 2 to 3. The picture is clearer and in color at night (i like that). Like the preview without having to open live view but still getting used it. I hardwired it just as the previous one—would recommend if you want to use some of the settings.

We’ve enjoyed the Ring so much on our front door that we thought it was time to put this great deterrent on our back door as well. The ability for us to be notified when motion is detected gives us a little extra piece of mind. Picture and sound are great as well.

I was hesitant to spend a lot of money for a doorbell, but the added functionality of the Ring has me feeling pretty good about it. I like the ability to control the notifications and field of vision and to check in remotely. It was super simple to install and set it up.

This is a great doorbell. I hardwired into the existing low-voltage power. I came from the Doorbell 2, and they're pretty similar in functionality. The video quality, both day and night, are a little better.

Excellent product. Easy to install and setup. Only thing is I needed to upgrade my Wifi to a mesh wifi to ensure better coverage. Resolution is amazing. Purchased a Ring Video Floodlight to install above the garage as a result of of the Video Doorbell.
