I highly recommend this item. It keeps me secure and I can see who is coming in going at my front door. You can talk to the person at the front door without opening the door or not even be at home and they will not know that you are not there.

I'm so glad that I bought this I don't know how I could have lived without it before it works wonderfully and is really provides wonderful security also I never had a doorbell before so I can hear when somebody is at the door especially when I'm upstairs.

We decided to get Ring after car got hit parked in front of our house….twice. Now during pandemic it is nice to be able to answer the door from ring without having to open the door for safety and security purposes.

I returned the item because I want to buy the upgraded model (when the price drops), however, this item is well crafted and the quality is very good. Its a great improvement over the older model. And, although somewhat expensive, it is worth buying. If the cost was less, it would have received 5 stars.

If you're not able to have a hardwired product like the Ring Pro offering, this is the next best thing! The pre-roll feature is nice. The ability to have this hardwired is a plus, however it's only for topping off the battery. I wish Ring would fix this limitation.

Works very good, good vision at night high quality

It’s helpful to see what is going on in front of your door but couple of cons. Requires subscription service to record video which is low cost but I wish I could be able to record it on some hard drive. No subscription, no recording. Plus is there’s interruption in power or internet connection, no recording. My suggestion would be to get a battery backup for your router but If an internet provider fails, , or router frizzes, no video. I expected the vide quality to be better. Somehow it doesn’t look to me like it’s a high definition. Any phone makes better quality video. I have my setting on full. The battery life is short. I get only about one month. Sure you can reduce all settings making it basically useless and that perhaps could make the battery last for a few months but it’s not for me. I hardwired it afterwards.

I like my new Ring doorbell for security. It's a little hard to program, but they have wonderful help at Ring. It didn't work very well at first because our internet was a little slow. Now that we've changed internet carriers, it seems to work great

we live in an apt complex and recently had a string of missing packages. After installing this it is really nice to know but creepy to know just how many people walk by our door daily. Happy to be safe and secure with this and our 3 security cameras.

Good doorbell,I can see when someone is at the door or I can communicate with whoever is at the door.we can also see when some one is approaching I can also see all the critters who come to the house at night,it’s a good security video doorbell

My second Ring 3 plus. Works great, easy to install. 4/5 because the corner bracket doesn’t account for an external power cord (I have an external power source). For most users this won’t be an issue. Overall it works great (or I would not have bought a second one).

Great product, great picture quality and it makes me feel safer if I’m home or not. Only downside is that in order to only recognize people you have to purchase the subscription. But other than that it’s a great product and I’m happy.

Had to use included spacer to get the right angle and the included wires to allow me to install with not so great construction of existing doorbell. With a couple additional felt spacers to allow for wires to route turned out great. I would recommend.

The doorbell was extremely easy to setup. I installed the app and was up and running in a total of 15 minutes. I have it linked to a couple of Echo Shows and it work without issue. Caught the doorbell on sale so was definitely worth it.

I am not new to Ring but I find it very useful and secure! You still have the subscription to watch the past videos, which is not what I expected. The software/app glitches because it has missed a few times when there is a person at the front door. Overall, it is one of the good products out there.

A bit pixelated at first but then it adjusted well. Still having some trouble when connecting and reconnecting. Don’t know if that’s my internet or the item. Also if two people get the motion notification, both can see what’s going on but only one can speak. Not a deal breaker for me but just FYI.

Love it and love the feeling of security that it offers. I had to do the battery option because I don't have a doorbell in my home. Alerts me to when the battery is low, although I wish it told me a bit sooner. But you MUST buy a back up battery! So much easier to just switch out.

I like the different features that allow you to adjust your cameras sensitivity to movement. The night vision is great. The ability to communicate through the device is nice as well. Great I team if you want security and a piece of mind.

Works Great, It actually surprised me to see all the shady characters that walk around my door at 2, 3, 4 in the morning. I would never have guessed there would be so much going on when i was sleeping . Thanks RING!

The ring video doorbell 3 plus is perfect for my front door on my appartment. It having its own power supply battery is just what I needed for its location. Still learning about all the features but it is easy to use and the quality of picture is good. Love it so far.
