This is the second ring doorbell I have purchased. This one from my side door. It is simple to use and keeps me informed even when I’m not at home. Fantastic product.

I LOVE our Ring doorbell. I can check from work when a package is being delivered and notify my neighbors to pick up for me. No issues, would recommend.

I like it, does the job, but they don’t have a backup cloud for videos that are deleted which to me is a huge security risk

Works as advertised. Easy to install. I used heavy duty mounting tape from Home Depot. I would recommend a second battery as it take hours to recharge the battery.

3rd generation doorbell was easy to setup and get running in less than 1/2 hr. I love it comes with 2 different color plates to use. Great video, clear and crisp.

Great to see who is at your door and a good security and being able to talk to people outside without opening your door. Great product for not bad of a price

I bought this as a companion piece to my full security camera setup. It's a good doorbell, but the battery, when the device is set to the max video and PreRoll, needs recharged more often than the original model.

We are very pleased with our new Ring #3plus. It was easy to install after I figured out why our doorbell did not work! (my fault). It works as I expected.

Easy to install. Battery life is excellent, had for three weeks and haven't had to charge. Safe way to answer the door without opening it, highly recommend.

My condo is on the second floor but door is on the first floor. The Ring lets me clearly see who is at the door and i can then decide if I want to go down and open.

So far very pleased. Significant upgrade over the now-discontinued August unit we had. Very reliable to report and connect. Very good video quality.

Clean high definition cam built in,connects fast to wi fl.make sure your firewall settings are not on high.it will not connect if it is.(Medium) is good setting.

I am happy with my Ring Doorbell 3 Plus purchase. I am happy that I paid the extra $$ for the "Plus" as it shows the "pre-roll" which to me is important. I believe the rechargeable battery will last about a month or so on my current settings which isn't terrible. I plan to buy a back up battery so it can be easily switched out. I plan to also add a Chime at some point because I personally don't like using the Echo Dot for the doorbell alert. I definitely have to invest more $$ to be completely happy so that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, it does work well for me. It connected easily to my Wi-Fi. I would probably give the Ring app a 4 out of 5 stars too.

It is perfect. Exactly what my family needed. The best quality. Easy to hook up and use. A benefit for the entire family.

Works very well and have the basic plan considering adding 2 flood camera. Ad. Add to the plan, waiting for a sale but camera worth extremely well and recommend

Installation was a breeze. Took a while for me to learn the feature/functions but they are practical and intuitive. Awesome product. I did sign up for the Basic plan.

Received the new Ring as a birthday present to replace our older unit. So much better video and features than the older one. Really like this unit!

This is my 2nd purchase of a Ring Doorbell, one for each door. I've had it a month and it the battery still has 50% charge. I preferred to have a removable battery so I didn't have to bring in the whole device inside to charge. I like that it shows a preview of what happened before the activity that caused a recording. I have tried Blink and Arlo, but Ring has the best performance! The only thing I don't like about it is that when a loud noise happens (neighbors heat pump unit) during a recording the sound goes silent.

Easy to install. It is worth it if you do not have a bell. The comfort of being able to go out and know when and if anyone comes near my door.
