I purchase as an upgrade from the first first version. The picture quality is much better. The device is somewhat delayed, which can be annoying.

Very nice design and very easy to use app. This was my second choice for video doorbell. Should have gone to it first. Worth the extra money.

This was really easy to install. The hardest part was figuring out which fuse was my doorbell so I could tie it in to it. One thing I do not like it that you have to pay for the subscription to get the like 3 second recordings when they detect something "in front" of your door after your trial is up. I understand not saving all of the recordings for as long, but they could at least let you view it for the first 30 minutes or something after they notify you, and it also seems like they send the notifications more often after your trial ends...

This camera is super clear day or night and allows you to speak to the people on the porch. It is really cool.

This was our first Ring purchase before our spotlight camera and introduced us to the user/app interface. Some parts of the interface are straightforward and intuitive, but the more advanced features are a little trickier to understand (not sure my settings are optimized at the moment). Can configure camera sensitivity so as not to receive too many (or too few) notifications.

I had the ring doorbell with the battery but this one so much easier when it’s wired to your doorbell awesome !!!

High quality video. Previously had the 1st Gen model and this is much more reliable and higher quality.

I made an appt for a 7am to 1pm slot. I work nights, i left work an hour or so early to be home in time to meet that commitment since i was first on the list EXCEPT that meant 10 am!! Due to .....covid. Not the tech's fault but i was very upset, i gave up money and sleep. my tech however was very polite, kind and understanding of my annoyance. Extremely helpful. Even though the person who had done the assestment bought the wrong solar charger for my ring doorbell.

I really love this service. It gives me a sense of security in knowing what's going on outside of my home.

This thing is amazing, it can capture stuff from a fat if you need it too as well
