Despite this doorbell not being POE, it connection is pretty solid/fast while connecting over wifi. I was using the Netgear mesh router with no issues.

Really good for the model it is. Could be improved with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth range but you can’t have it all in doorbell cameras!

Yes, I absolutely love the Video Doorbell 3 and all the items that I have purchased from Best Buy. This device does everything I need it to do. Keep up the good work especially the excellent customer service.

Loved it. Went with a cheaper version and switched to the Ring. The motion is very sensitive, so living next to a street catches cars driving by. We just switched to humans only and it works fine.

The primary selling feature "pre-roll video" requires a recording subscription!! This feature otherwise doesnt work is my experience. Aside from the missing small print on this feature the device works great! Video and zoom capabilities are impressive.

Ring 3 plus still needs to be improved. Sometimes I can walk to mailbox and back and I wasnt picked up at all, other times it records and unsure why. Overall its better than other security camera options

Doesn't consistently send movement notification. Had difficulty adding a second phone to alert. It does take pictures and videos to review. In general not impressed

I already owned the Ring 2 but I wanted the Pre-record feature this added and this doorbell was worth it. The pre-record is clutch and I never miss anything anymore. Worth the upgrade.

One of the easiest and well thought out setup of any tech gadget I have owned. The packaging comes with all the tools and needed accessories. Very impressed by how well this was engineered.

I bought this as a gift for my dad and my mom and they absolutely love it. Last three times we had a family get together all they do is show me videos of their doorbell camera. I’m tired of looking at the UPS driver but great gift!

I like the door bell as it delivers as expected. The one downside is the delay when trying to communicate. Some of the information that you have available actually sends you to Amazon to sell accessories. Otherwise a fairly good device.

I requested information on the Ring product. A store associate was assigned to assist me right away. The staff member was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I was able to make the proper decision based on my needs.

Can’t go wrong with a ring! We purchased this for my in-laws abd they love it. We have the second model for both our front and back door. The sensor is even better on the new one!

The 3 Plus was simple and quick to set up and attach to my Alexa system. I like the pre-trigger video function and the motion sensitivity is excellent. It actually exceeded my expectations.

after all these years since the ring came out, i finally got one. it has been one of my best investments. along with our other security equipment and devices, my wife and i feel safe more than ever.

We have really enjoyed being able to see who is coming and going. We have a small hair salon attached to our house so it’s nice to see if it’s a customer or delivery person, etc.

The ring is great keeps track of any activity going on near your door and the neighbors if you live on apartments and if any movement if near your door it catches!

Within one week of purchasing the ring. The speaker went out, I got the protection program. Bestbuy replaced it for free. To me it’s not all it crack to be. Connection is not that good!

Love my ring. We really have grown to depend on it, especially working from home. It allows me to let people know I am here but not available to speak.

I had the Ring 2. This one was on sale at a great price so I figured I would give it a try. I’m glad I did. The Ring 3+ is much faster and has more features than my old one.
