We have had the in place for several months and it works perfectly. Just make sure you keep a spare battery charged so the swap is seamless.

Works well. It would be even nicer if you didn't have to have the monthly service to save you images. The image of the person is not as clear as I hoped. The fisheye lens makes it harder to identify the person.

Useful as doorbell and basic surveillance. We have on on each of our door's and are able to keep tabs with motion sensing and pre-video. There is some voice lag but overall a useful tool for convenience and security.

Amazon has a solid product line with the Ring. This is my 3rd ring install. They have updated software to allow more functionality and linking cameras. Feel safe at home.

Hot this to upgraded my existing doorbell from the first generation to this generation. Many improvements were touted. I am extremely satisfied with these improvements.

Held off on buying a Ring doorbell camera for a long time but definitely should have not. The camera 3 has the pre-roll which is great. Very easy to install and setup.

Reliable and clear. You won’t be disappointed. I bought 2 sets with the echo but. I was Disappointed because the echo is not available. It was supposed to be a gift.

This works as advertised. Great video picture and sensors can be set to only sense what you want it to sense. The negative is its very wide. Haven't had it long enough to tell you about battery life.

Like all Ring products, this device was easy to install and works great. It integrates well with Alexa and provides great camera cover for my front porch.

Our old one broke and this was a nice replacement. Love the new feature where it shows what triggered the motion alert seconds before it goes off.

I bought this along with my floodlights, it is a great feeling to know that I can view anyone who approaches my front door. I can also talk to them via the app if necessary.

Great product, I only gave it 4 stars due to the technical difficulty of installing it into brick. Other than that it works great! The app has its challenges, but overall it is a great product.

Need to spend a lot of time fine tuning the sensor zone and sensitivity. Unit picked up cara driving down the middle of the street as “people detected”, and then not note when a package was delivered.

Very easy to install. Connected to WiFi easily and has a great signal. I would recommend picking up an extra battery and a chime if you go the battery route.

Bought for my neighbor because I am pleased with mine. He is very happy with it. I like the 4 second pre-record feature. The one thing mine doesn’t have.
