Unfortunately, 50% of the time it registers "no internet connection" even though it is just a few feet from the router and all my other wireless objects throughout the house work fine. I've tried resetting it many times. Even at its best it has "very poor wi-fi connection." On another point, if someone wants to disable it all they have to do is take the front plate off and remove the battery. There is no lock or security. How ridiculous is that?
