The Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus is designed to work in many environments, and provide two-way audio with noise cancellation. We understand how important quality audio is, as it allows you to clearly communicate with your visitors.
The audio issues may be due to your phone settings, volume control, distance, nearby interference, network limitations or a combination of these. All of these factors play a big part in the overall audio quality. The link below has some great troubleshooting steps that we encourage you to try.
