Love the discreet quality of the camera but the high quality view the camera gives. Easy to install and easy to follow on the app.

Does everything we need it to do. App works great, doorbell is perfect. Camera is clear and a wide range. You can change the sensitivity and has various setting options. Love it Was a little skeptical after some other reviews but felt like maybe some had different expectations than what it actually says that it does and we have found in our opinion it does what it says. We did purchase the extra subscription and are happy we did. It's a small price to pay for what you get and you can sync other ring products with each other.

When I am home I am usually in the back room and can not hear the front door. This was my solution. Works as expected. I wish there were a way to have it save everything locally. My home internet is slow as is so every time something is picked up my computer lags for a few seconds due to it uploading to Ring servers. My original plan was to eventually hard wire the power but when I realized the battery lasts 3+ weeks on a single charge I realized it really wasnt worth the extra effort. I just bought a second battery to swap out when it gets low. (it takes up to 4 hours to fully charge a dead battery)

Works well, sometimes it takes a little bit to pull up live view. The picture clarity is great and notifications to your phone. Super easy install and directions.

We really like our Ring Doorbell 3Plus. We had to get an adjustable wedge so the bell would look out toward incoming visitors. That was a little tricky, but we Seniors managed to install it ourselves. I like that we are able to make adjustments. At first it would notify us when leaves moved...very sensitive. We fixed that problem. There are good setup instructions from the Ring app. I still have more to learn, but so far it's great.

Love the ring video doorbell. It's definitely a great investment for many reasons for your home.

Had originally bought a Nest but had issues with installation. Ring installed easily. Setup required a call to Tech Support, but after a bit, they were able to get me up and running. The network connection was my problem that they resolved. Keep in mind that if you don't hardwire, you will need to get a Ring Doorbell. I wish the battery lasted a little longer, but after buying a spare, this is no longer an issue. The battery swap takes only a few minutes

Nice looking design. Easy to Install. What keeps me from giving this 5 stars is that Sometimes motion is not detected and I never receive the alert.

Thus is my second Ring doorbell and it's a step up from the first! Our first Ring was actually an older model on sale when I bought it 1 1/2 yes ago. Our house faces the street and I was fighting our first Ring on and off for years with fake alarms. CRY WOLF! I finally stepped up and purchased this model and moved the older one to the side door. Very happy with the results so far!!

Installation was problematic only because I was replacing a much older door intercom and wanted to continue to use the mechanical door chime. But I was able to do it myself with the help of several YouTube videos and a bronze metal plate to cover the gap after I removed the door intercom unit from the wall by my frontdoor. Chime works still and ring app works as well, which is great because it also recharges the ring as well. I like the look back feature, which I use more than I had thought I would. Camera quality is great. Pleased with the purchase.

Good product definitely will be grabbing another in the future.
