But there is no internet or wifi problem with other product. Called the customer service but not able to contact with actual technicians. After that keep getting random calls from weird people.

These can be things such as obstacles in the way of the signal (big metal objects, big thick walls, double glazing, fridges, microwaves, and other devices), the position of your wireless router, or interference from neighboring networks called ‘channel interference’. One solution we provide to counteract these concerns is the Chime Pro, which is a wifi extender that extends the wifi specifically to your Ring devices. All three devices lose connection after a week, Tried different routers to see if this was the issue. I am fairly technical so ran a sniffer to see what was going on and the devices seem to stop communicating after a period of time. Really tough if you own a second property and have to reboot every week.

No matter how we set it up it works capture things we didn't need captured and miss the things we did and would send notifications non stop even thought it was set to people only. It would also completely freeze up to where we had to factory reset and set it all back up again. After the 3rd time it did that i took it back and got the Nest Hello and it's been flawless and the quality of the camera is far better than the ring was.

With the Near Zone feature, you can use the Near Zone feature to activate a horizontal Motion Zone in areas only 5 to 15 feet in front of the camera.
