Won’t go back after getting one. Parents loved it, super nice being able to see who’s at the front door before answering. Also nice that you can record motion, especially during the holidays, can catch some funny stuff. Only complaint is that mine had custom ranges I could set up for motion detection, my parents did not. It basically had a low medium and high range, you can’t set detection zones.

Quality product. Everything was included for an easy installation. It came with a silver cover and a bronze cover. I also received a black cover in the mail. I connected the Ring doorbell to my inside doorbell chime. Works great. The setup is fairly simple and allows you to easily make changes. I bought the Ring doorbell along with Amazon's Echo 5. They work together very well. I would buy again.

The Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus in Satin Nickel is a very good product. It is easy to set up, install and use. The directions that come with it are straightforward and easy to understand. I am happy with my new Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus and would recommend it to everyone. It gives me piece of mind about my house and all the packages that get delivered. It is a great piece of home security.

I would recommend a Ring 10/10 times. I used an Arlo security system at first and I hated it. I wasted my money it that system. It ran slow, picture wasn't good quality, and the two way audio wasn't good. I switched to a Ring and I am so happy I did. I will never go back to Arlo after this purchase. The Ring does everything the Arlo does but 10 times better.

Love this video door bell and intercom, very cool and convenient! I pay $3 a month to be able to record always! If I'm not home, no problem, I can still talk to whoever is at my door! Love this doorbell! I would suggest buying an extra battery for only $30 and keeping it charged for when you have to switch it out. My battery seems to die after only 3 weeks of barely using it?? I definitely recommend this doorbell if your in the market for one! Thank you BestBuy!

Sometimes we lose connection with our ring door bell. I like it, we weren't able to get a wired one due to the electrical. So this is a good alternative. I would suggest to get an extra battery so every time you need to charge, you will have your back up battery. This is a definitely a good option.

Very easy to install (hard wired install). Nice phone app interface makes it easy to monitor my front door/walkway. Customized zone monitoring is very helpful in cutting down on false alarms. Nice to catch package deliveries right away. Also like the neighborhood watch. Keeps neighbors alerted to any nefarious activity. Alerts to my phone are a little delayed so, I dont always catch visitors in time.
