We originally purchased the hardwired version and had to return it. The associate who helped with the return was super knowledgeable and professional. She helped me Determine other needed elements to make my ring/Alexa system superb. Thank you again.

It seems to have a bit of a delay for the signal that there is overnight at the door but that could be because something isn’t set right. Our other ring -ring 2 which is no loner being sold- lasted about 14 months. Hopefully this one will last longer. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is the security issues involving Amazon. Because of our Installation situation we had to buy another ring.
