This was a replacement for Ring Pro that had failed. Installation was not intuitive but eventually completed. Works so far, but lacks features I saw advertised for competitors, like a wider range of view to show package deliveries. Would have bought something else, but my spouse is used to the Ring software interface.

Had to order a 2nd device because the one I ordered on 11/27 is sitting in USPS facility in Atlanta Tracking # 92055901795906907695964857 Due to the current weather I have not been able to install the device I purchased on 12/23 so can’t currently rate. I did purchase a printer with my original 11/27 order and love it!

I need to put this to use, but haven’t installed. I will install it for the new year. Glad no one steals my packages, with this Ring still sitting in its box. I will do better for the new year.

Seeing who is at your door, no matter where you are, can't be beat. I like the idea that nothing is saved at your house, it goes directly to ring servers. You do have to set up the motion zones, you won't believe what sets this thing off.

Bought it for a Christmas gift. They like it a lot.

We like the RING Camera.......its the battery life that is terrible. We have to recharge the battery every 3-4 weeks. It is hard wired but does not seem to be working right. We need someone to check it out out for us.

It works great. Wonderful addition to our home. Wished we had purchased sooner. Our sales associate did a fantastic job of giving up lots of information concerning option. Great job! Deserves Kudos.

My apartment has never had a working doorbell so this has been a godsend because it works with a rechargeable battery and I can see and speak through it

Love the ring doorbell it is great but I also have the Arlo and because I have all the arlo I put the Arlo in my house instead of the ring but my mom has the ring

The Ring Doorbell and Chimes were an important addition to my home. Both work just as I wanted. I am do grateful for the professionalism and expertise!

Love that When I’m not home I can still see my house and anyone coming to my door, Also I can speak to them and they can talk to me. Def recommend

works very good wanted it to be connected to the door bell but the geek squad does not connect the wires so it runs off of batteries now and it needs to be charged every two months for about 8 hours.

It gives me a peace of mind and its overall better than I expected. I don’t miss any important visits or packages. There is a small monthly payment, if you want to save your recordings for a certain time, just an FYI.

Good quality but a challenge to set up and operate.

Video quality is great. And is very motion sensitive.

We purchased our ring doorbell 3 after we had issues with another doorbell we purchased. The doorbell works great and I love the customization available through the ring app. I will definitely be purchasing more ring products.

I didn’t have a doorbell before, so it’s nice to be able to see who’s at the door. It was a bit of a challenge to adjust the settings since I live close to the street. I didn’t realize that you have to subscribe to a plan to continue to have access to the video option once the trial ends. Another added expense.

I love this doorbell, especially when it’s linked to your Alexa devices it’ll let you know when the button is pushed. I used this to replace the video doorbell my alarm company issued. That’s how good it is.

It does it’s job for the most part. But it also misses a ton of things as well, even if it’s covering all zones. I don’t like that even though our porch light is on, the video is in black and white. Or how it’s a delayed when people ring the doorbell. By the time you answer it, they’re gone.
