This was a gift for family who uses Alexa and wanted a compatible video doorbell. The recipient has a comfort level with wiring a doorbell, so they love it, especially in conjunction with Alexa.

The ring camera works great and notifies me when ever there is movement. Everything can be accessed from the ring app and can customize to your liking. Will eventually replace our door bell with the ring.

Bought it for a gift. Hope they like it. I have a different one. Doesn’t work very well as I have to move my modem. Hoping this newer model works better. Know they want one. Bought as was on sale. Can’t say how it’s working yet as it’s for Christmas. Hope not to have to return.

I had this professionally installed so I can’t speak to that part of the process. It does what it’s supposed and I really enjoy the convenience and security it provides.

Enjoy being able to see when I'm not there. Sucks that you have to purchase a chime if you are unable to hardwire. Would be nice there a simple bundle with doorbell and chime.

We are enjoying the Ring-Video Doorbell 3. It has a lot of features and functions that you can control. I am still finding out things that I can do.

I love being able to see who is at my door. It is also a plus being able to talk to them. I would definitely install this again!

First of all, Best Buy makes it very easy to do curbside service. Very effecient. I still like to go in and get the opinion of the staff. The Ring product works great and I highly recommend it.

For those who wish to protect their premises in a tastefully aesthetic and fully functional manner, this Ring doorbell is it. Very pleased with its performance and best purchase of the year so far.

I like knowing who is at the door before opening it My only complaint is the quality of recorded sometimes the playback is really slow feels like something form 10 years ago.

This is my second Ring doorbell system and I love it. It functions well and provides great peace of mind when I am away from home.

My first time having this door bell. It takes time to get used to. Have to go back and have help changing the distance. everytime a car goies by it warns me.

I’m so pleased with the recent purchase of the Ring 3 video doorbell. The infrared at night provides a great visual and it’s a great notifier when delivery people do not knock or ring a bell.

Love being able to see who’s at my door without getting up. This has been especially helpful as I just moved into my new house and am receiving deliveries multiples times a day.

A must have my doorbell camera has let me known who the trashy people are in my apartment complex! Nuff said you need this for peace of mind...

It was an easy setup and works great attaches to everybody's phones so the two old people in the house don't have to run to the door they can answer through their phones works great

Can see my entire front yard got a solar charger for it very happy that it makes my family feel more secure and they can all see who is coming or hoing
