    It's a really good product for the deaf / HOH people!! Especially when you get notifications on the Apple Watch that vibrates when you get the signal!

    very nice coverage. Being able to customize the camera range was a must have. We are able to set it so the traffic doesn't set it off. Good product.

    I’m having trouble with my item. It has allowed strangers to my door on my porch without chiming or alerting us someone is outside. I’ve called over and over for help through the app and I still can’t get any help or get my issues solved. Even paying for a plan I’m still having trouble and the representative told me I couldn’t take the doorbell back because he couldn’t see anything wrong with it.

We can definitely provide you with more information regarding the concern mentioned in your review.

      It sounds like the device is not performing as intended in regards to alerts. To enable and customize your doorbell "Ring Alerts" when someone presses your doorbell and "Motion Alerts" when your doorbell or camera detects motion, follow these steps in the Ring app:

      Open the Ring app and tap the menu (☰) in the top left corner.
      Tap "Devices," then select the relevant device.
      At the top of the screen, you can toggle the following on or off:
      Ring Alerts
      Motion Detection
      Motion Alerts
      Motion Warning (if your device has the feature)

      If you're having issues getting notifications, make sure you're connected to wifi and that your mobile device settings are set to allow notifications from Ring. Reboot your Ring device. Turn your mobile device completely off and back on again. Make sure Do Not Disturb is off in your mobile device's settings.

    So far, so good. It is working as I expected. I was disappointed to find out I have to buy a ring chime to plug in to my wall to hear the doorbell from inside of my house.

    I like it but the only bad thing is that when I connect it to make my inside bell sometimes it rings itself and makes us think there is someone at the door but there is no one
