You also get a code for a free plate cover when purchased. Was bought because some kids down the street smashed my glass screen door. Set up took me maybe all of 5 minutes. I charge the battery maybe once every 4 weeks.

They have a different brand but it hasn't ever worked correctly. I can tell you that the video and audio quality are superb. Set-up is easy as well.

Only downfall is wish it was easier and able to have multiple users on the app. Loved how I could install it easily without any wiring in to the house

Nothing has failed, it is simply a matter of upgrading for new features. When Best buy has them on sale at the prices they advertise, they are unbeatable deals! I like how they 1nteract so nicely with the google products we have too!

Love my Ring Door Bell

Sensor works great and paired with Amazon show and dot I receive notification whenever anyone approaches my front door. I can connect to my ring doorbell from anywhere and get a live view or play back to see who or what triggered the sensor.

Does pick up the neighborhood cat strolling by in the night though. Have yet to figure out how to get an audible alarm if a person is spotted but does not ring the doorbell.

Very easy to install and the picture/video quality is great. I'm still trying to adjust the motion sensor sensitivity. Right now car on the street would trigger motion detection. I have reduced the distance but it's still buzzing.

Comes with everything you need to install on multiple materials (wood or concrete but need the drill) and different brackets to hang the ring on. Make sure where you install you have wifi connection. Using your phone app you can finish set up. Without the subscription you can view live motion but cannot review at a later time. great for home security.

I would recommend to friends and family. Only issue I had was linking it to my echo dot to act as a doorbell.

I purchased this for the doorbell. All of them function great together. I like the added security for the outside of my house and the ability to talk to strangers ringing the doorbell when I’m not home. Great product

It was easy to install, inexpensive to operate, benefits my whole neighborhood and keps me informed of what's going on around my house. Most of all, I can monitor both of my homes even though they are a thousand miles apart.

Great door bell replacement

I'm using the original door bell wiring (even though I had to "swap" wires to get it to work}. System is now setup up with Alexa so I have multiple alerts. Video very clear/sharp, have not had the opportunity for a conversation though the captured video sound is very good.

Ring ripoff

I had to buy a new chime for this product because it wasn’t compatible with my old chime even though the chime worked just fine with my existing Ring doorbell.
