We bought this for a doorbell due to the fact that our wired doorbell stopped working and when they put siding on our house the poked the wires into the wall and covered it so we can't wire a doorbell now. Was unhappy with the battery one we purchased it didn't work 3/4 of time. Like this one but had to order a mounting bracket from a 3rd party so we could mount it to our Dutch Lap Siding.

Video quality is good and the battery (if you opt to use the battery instead of wiring it to the house) lasts a couple of months. You get emails alerting you when it is time to recharge the battery so that is very useful.

Not too hard to set up. When I logged in to try to figure out how to set the sensitivity they wanted me to pay a $5 refundable fee so I logged out and decided to mess with it cause it wasn’t included in the instructions and any videos I could find online...I finally figured it out on my own

Works great, however, I did not realize there was a monthly service fee to store the video, so I was surprised there were reoccurring charges each month for one to have the history, should something happen, you won't have it unless you pay for the monthly service.

First time getting a Ring Doorbell & this one is absolutely great. What sold me was being able to set the actual parameters. I don't have to worry about it going off after every vehicle passes the house. Great buy!

We recently installed our Ring video doorbell 3 and have been so pleased. Not only was it easy to install, but it works! Travel plans had us away from home for the month and yet I know each time someone approaches our door. Definitely provides peace of mind.

I have used this type doorbell camera for almost 1 year and I am very happy with the performance. However the night resolution could be a little sharper with motion alerts.

Great picture quality- night picture is a lot clearer than I would have expected. Set up was super easy, no wires involved. Consider purchasing a spare battery to avoid down time between your charges. I got about 1 month on the first full charge.

I had a previous doorbell cam, by a known security company with three letters and that camera continuously died and would not connect! After 2 years I smartened up and added the ring doorbell cam to my other cameras. I love it and am so happy I switched! It’s perfect!!

We originally got it to see when expensive packages came to the door. We use it all the time. Looks good, the nigh vision is good as well. Easy to install. If you use it a lot, or set the setting to high for the motion, it does eat the battery a lot.

Great product and installation was ez. Will purchase another.

This was easy to mount on brick and I love the added protection. Now I can see who is at my door before I open it. Would recommend this.

This is my 2nd Ring Doorbell. I have one in the front and back of my house. The video quality is excellent. The battery does well even when I set my recordings to frequent. It's hands down the best doorbell brand!

I purchased this for security reasons. It has most definitely helped with missing packages and to see who may be around when I'm not. Definitely worth the money. I can easily view the camera from my phone anytime. Gives me peace of mind.

I really honestly can’t say enough about the ring products they are wonderful. I have the doorbell camera and an indoor and outdoor cameras as well and a floodlight. They are all wonderful.

This is my first time having a security camera and it is great! It’s awesome that it is also a doorbell. Makes me feel safe and allows me to easy check on my house and who is at the door. It makes it easy to use that it connects directly to my phone.

All around great product with perfect clarity when this camera picks up movement it’s easy and clear as day what your seeing.Hook up is easy and I would recommend this camera for all your home security needs very satisfied and can’t beat the price

Works fantastic, once I figured out the adjustments for it. Having three dogs always around the house, helps to adjust it so it does not alert you every time one of them passes in front of it.

Our 1st ring Purchase. Since this purchase we have bought 3 more for our Airbnb and rentals! Love the additional ring options it provides! Especially for the holidays :D

I had bought the Ring Pro but returned it for this one after i did not have enough power supply to it. I did notice a slight difference in picture quality but definitely not enough to justify cost differences. The batter is SUPER easy to pull out & installation literally was less than 10 minutes (took longer to figure out which breaker went to doorbell). I do get a lot of alerts and trying to figure out the motion zones, love that I can setup several. Thought about buying another one for back of house.
