Easy to install, reliable, Battery still holding a charge

better than original ring and exchangeable batteries are great but wish battery life was longer

I like this ring. It helped me to detect the things I didn't even think about that entered my space. Thankfully I waS able to see the culpit that was looking for a home on my personal deck. It is a product I should have purchased a while ago. It does everything it should and I am very pleased.. I would recommend this product in a heart beat.

Decent camera with a functional app. Easy to set up with good options to set up zones for viewing. WiFi is ok but can get choppy at times. Easily links to Alexa to announce visitors. Good features to communicate with visitors. Battery does take a long time to charge but does last a long time. It might be a good idea to have a backup battery.

Works great. Easy to install. Has a good picture.

I purchased this ring door bell after reading a lot of helpful reviews and also installing 2 for both of my neighbors. so I decided to buy one for my self and it is worth the buy I am so happy with it and also can see when I have packages delivered to my house. and when we are not at home who stops buy to visit. a great decision.

Doorbell is excellent. 3rd party installer was terrible.

I really like the removable battery that can be charged while the rest of the door bell remains in place. And since I also purchased an extra battery, I can fully charge and use it to replace the discharged battery and put my door ball back online within a few minutes.

This is the one with replaceable batteries. Bought the 2nd gen first you cannot replace battery a little misleading since Ring describes the battery as rechargeable, the battery can be recharged but you cannot remove batteries on the 2nd gen and you can remove battery on 3 and I bought extra rechargeable battery backup

I like my new doorbell. The doorbell has many different rings options. The camera is pretty good if you have good lighting. Thats why i leave my porch light on at night. Capture my entire porch. You can talk to your guest via your cellphone.

The Ring doorbell is my front line of defense for my home. Seeing and speaking to people at the door is great, whether it’s “be right there” or “no thank you”. And receiving an alert when someone who doesn’t ring is around can be very important. Ring is the best!

Excellent sensitivity settings, clarity and resolution transmitting to your device. Clear instructions to install and configure, read thoroughly, watch the video, tech support is very good, If installing on brick consider purchasing a 7/32" bit. The one that comes with the system may not be strong enough on some bricks.
