The ring doorbell was easy to set up and run. The videos are so-so, but that’s because of our south exposure with direct sunlight on the lens, and our very deep porch. It works great with our existing doorbell. My biggest complaint is that it requires a subscription with Amazon to store information and be fully functional though it’s only $3/month.

We luv it. Although it’s very sensitive to wind a slightest movement on our front porch like even the wind blowing the flowers, we feel safe having it. We r able to see who is on our front porch and talk to the person without them knowing if we r home or not.

Overall, we like it. I am secondary on the Ring account and it seems like it takes a few seconds to connect me to the camera when someone rings. Also, did not realize that the video portion of the camera was only free for 30 days. Had to subscribe to keep that feature. But we like it.

AS I MENTIONED BEFORE I BOUGHT ALL THE RING EQUIPMENT AT ONE TIME WORKS EXACTLY LIKE THEY SAID IT WOULD NO PROBLEMS ON INSTALL EASY PEASY SALES PERSON WORKED WITH ME AND HELPED ME GET JUST WHAT I NEEDED THE SALES PEOPLE THERE AR GREAT AND MOST REALLY KNOW THE PRODUCTS

Took awhile for review, but love the doorbell; however, just don’t like the price and hate that sometimes if it detects motion and you want to see the action live, there is a long delay and sometimes miss the action. Also the the subscription is over priced. Still being used today…

Great alternative to a normal doorbell. Notifications are off by 10ish seconds (if someone doesn’t ring the actual doorbell) however this thing is awesome! I do have a full ring system and it pairs perfectly with my other 3 cameras and indoor alarm system! (The only reason why I knocked one star is the delay in notification of motion. But over all a great doorbell/security camera!

Easy to set up, has two different mounting styles you could do one for stairs/porch and the other for walkway up to the side of the door. Also came with a bronze plate you can swap out with the silver one. Picture is so much more clear than the original Ringdoor bell.

The doorbell works great I love being able to see who comes on my porch. Also the ability to see and talk to someone who rings the doorbell without having to go to the door. The added feature is the neighborhood watch, where people post what’s happening in the area close to and around you

Easy to install and operate. Like being able to see whats going on in front yard when not at home. One problem though I'm retired, wife still working she uses it to check on me every time I go out the front door. She always asks me were I'm going though doorbell. BUMMER! LOL

I like the product, but sometimes it doesn’t pick up passerby’s.

My handman easily installed it. We had to do some adjusting to how far the ring saw movement because I'm on a busy street. But now we are good. Nice to see pkgs being delivered since delivery drivers don't ring the doorbell during Covid, Should have bought one of these sooner!

So happy with my purchase of this doorbell. I previously bought the Arlo doorbell and it was terrible. Connectivity issues and live stream lag upwards of 8-10 seconds behind. Happy I made the switch

We didnt have a doorbell at all. This is a great option so a doorbell doesn't wake up the baby. One drawback is having to subscribe to their cloud service to access anything other the live feed. Its also REALLY sensitive. Make sure you adjust the sensitivity low or you'll be ringing nonstop from the street traffic. You just have to play with the settings for a few days.

This item was purchased due to my family’s vehicles being vandalized/keyed up so it had helped with identifying the possible suspect. This product works well and it shows you to see what’s happening with in your neighborhood.

My family and I have never felt safer. We can see what is going on out side our home as well as who ring our door bell and decide if we want to answer or not from our phones. As well as see what is going on when we are away.

This it’s amazing and works wonderfully. The battery lasts about a month so you don’t even have to worry about charging it and when you do use the app just tells you that you need to. I would definitely do this again if I need a replacement.

The ring products are awesome and highly recommended. The security they offer is excellent and waaayy cheaper than other monthly payments. I love the chat with neighbors feature with it we can catch up on security events we may have missed while away from home
