My First Ring had all the tools even drill bits. Not so this one. You will need extra tools and drill bits to be able to install. Wish I had known this ahead of time. Otherwise it works like a Ring Doorbell.

My neighbor's car was broken into and a few weeks later, her house was almost broken into, so I had no choice but to purchase these to protect my family.

This was a game changer for parents!!! All they have to do is say a command and can see who is at the front door without needing to get up and walk to the door.

It's exactly what I wanted! I would suggest that one buys a chime to better hear the doorbell. (Best Buy was out of them when I bought the Ring Doorbell.)

This one is wireless. The alert chime is on point on any movement within its proximity. Make sure you set your alerts to your satisfaction or it will alert you if a bird fly by. Overall, Im happy with my purchase.

Kudos to this product. The installation on brick was quite tough though.

I liked that it had a bronze face plate as an option. I wish that the recording feature was longer than 30 days. There is a delay for the app to kick in in order to answer the doorbell. There is another app available which react faster and it is worth loading.

Work great definitely one of the best security devices. Be aware, you will need to make sure you have a strong wi-fi range.

She is in a wheelchair and can't see out the peephole on her apartment door. She absolutely loves this since she now has the ability to see who is at her door via her cell phone.

For some reason it the chime does not work and only makes a buzzing sound. It also kinda sucks that we spend $$$ on a product like this and have to pay monthly to use all of the features.

Only hard wired/wired cameras from hereinout. Another thing be prepared to buy into their service or you wont be able to access the footage. I switched to swan.
