It does take a bit to get sensitivity right & learning the nuances. Customer service was excellent in helping with little fixes taken care of.

The picture is very clear as long as you have good wifi. Note that if you want to view previous footage, you have to pay $3/ month for their services.

I found the set up and installation very user friendly. It’s been a pleasant surprise and I have since ordered another Ring camera for our home.

Definitely a good purchase and we got it during a sale for only 150

I have not been disappointed at all. The battery was still 85 percent charged when I returned home after a 10 day vacation.

Purchased to replace a Ring 1 we had with issues. The 1080p video qualify is great, this unit is more responsive with the app than 1st version. Definitely worth the upgrade.

Only hard wired/wired cameras from hereinout. Another thing be prepared to buy into their service or you wont be able to access the footage. I switched to swan.

Pair it up with the chime pro to hear notifications and you got your self a combo.
