First ring doorbell had a defect so, returned and received new one. The main problem was with Ring. Rude company and challenging to replace this defective unit. Other than that, the product works pretty well.

Pictures at night are not clear. There is a monthly fee if want to see who was at the door after free trial. I though it was free.

The picture quality and sound quality are great. Only took off 1 star because sometimes there's a slight delay with the notifications.
