Overall, pretty good. On multi-level home, can sometimes be an issue with wi-fi connectivity as my router is on upper level. Good quality video. Based on the length of my doorbell wires running from the house, had to use the extenders that came with the Ring doorbell. Getting a proper connection was a bit of an issue at first, but do-able.

We had an issue with someone knocking on our door at all hours of the night (we think we knew who it was but could never prove it). Ever since we got the camera the knocking has stopped. The doorbell is incredible. Really enjoy the quality of the image and how easy the app is to use. The battery life is really good. Purchased a spare battery so I never have any downtime either. It has been extremely helpful during the whole COVID thing. No need to answer the door. Can just chat through the app and ask people to leave deliveries.

Very clear image, and works great at detecting motion.

Great product. It would be great if the screw to replace the battery was easier to remove and replace. They should come with an indoor chime for the costs.

I had the original ring doorbell and it stop working so i upgraded to the 3. Love the color video sound is low but will figure that out. Easier to install with out the base plate the original had. Quick and easy installation.

…and the bonus of having a camera. I’m very pleased with my Ring wireless doorbell with camera. When I’m in a different part of the house, I don’t always hear anyone knocking at the door. With the ring, doorbell and camera, I can answer the door and talk to whomever is at the door no matter where I am. Technically is so great

With package thieves on the rise, this helps us with peace of mind when making sure we can see when our packages are delivered. This has also been helpful when I am alone at the house, to see exactly who is doing what in our front yard. It was easy for us to install and the app is user friendly. Overall, we are very happy with it.

These are great to be able to see who is at your door even if you are in the backyard or the back of the house, you can see and speak to them. It will show you who stole your packages from your porch. Keeps you linked to neighbors that have a ring too...this will monitor your neighborhood for you...cool

Works great, keeps wi-fi connection really well. Battery charge is as better than expected, but would recommend buying a second battery to swap-out between charges if not hardwiring power.

Last one lasted over 5 yrs. Direct sunlight and weather. Solid. Battery stopped holding a charge. Took a beating. New one was simple to set up. My only suggestion… need to provide a flat mounting bracket. They offer a lame angled one. Thankfully I used last bracket.

Worth every cent! I appreciate being able to keep tabs on the front door when I’m away! Battery lasts a long time, I did buy a second so I can just do a quick swap out. Works great for when packages get delivered too!

I've had this doorbell for two months: one for the backdoor and one for the front door. They, so far, are performing great. This product is tough and resists weather and anything else nature can throw at it! The video is crisp and captures what is needed for your security!

The ring is pretty sensitive with motions and works great. You can answer the door live, pretty fast actually. And see live outside the door whenever you want to. Pretty wide range good camera. I can see my whole street live.

I love my Ring-Video Doorbell 3. It is great knowing who is at the door before going to answer. I also feel safer having it. My only criticism is that it is too sensitive to activity in the front of the house. I've noticed that when the UPS truck or Fed Ex truck passes my driveway, I get a notification on my phone that there is activity at my front door, which is incorrect.

Love my Ring! Love the fact that I don't have to take the whole thing down to charge it!!! I have extra batteries from my other outdoor Ring camera to swap out. Clear pictures/videos, easy set up...awesome products

This camera is very good to get a view of who is near my house or walking on the side walk to get to the neighbors house, awesome, i am very happy, if i had extra ones to spend i would get the same Ring camera for my back door.

Excellent piece of equipment. Does exactly what was needed and is very easy to use. Installer (Michael) was efficient, and professional and Michael did not leave until all our questions had been answered and we were comfortable using our "Ring."
