My wife saw this on a commercial and asked me to look into it. After a little research, I purchased it. Very easy to install; a couple of days ago Ring introduced the ability to see live video thru the camera app.

This Ring doorbell system is great. It allows me to see who’s at my front door anytime and from anywhere using the Ring app on my iOS phone. I can interact with whomever is at my doorstep. Within the app there is also a feature that can get video from other Ring owners who post in the app about suspicious activity in the neighborhood and surrounding areas. I am completely satisfied with this gadget. It was a great choice. Will highly recommend this to others.

Easy to install and maintain. Clear picture and easy to fine tune motion sensitivity. Reasonable charge for monthly recording option.

This product has left such a great impression on me that i will be adding to my ring ecosystem. Next i will be getting the floodlights. This took me no more then 10 min to install and instructions are in video format so anyone who can watch a video and listen could do this. No crappily translated paper instructions here just use the app and it will guid you through everystep. Its so easy and the user interface of the app is equally as excellent. I love this device and highly recomend it!

I went through the installation with no issues really. However, when completed the inside doorbell does not ring. I called and they said it was a transformer issue. I connected mine using a great WiFi signal but, grainy picture. Not true HD. I do like the function of it, I don't think everything is as advertised.

Bought this for my mom for home security. She put it up quickly and make her feel more safe.

Our house didn't have a doorbell hardwired and we needed a doorbell and this seems to be working great. The only problem is there is a delay in connecting sometimes. But overall I like it

Functionality is very good with the ability to set sensitivity parameters, with very good visibility and video quality. It’s stated by Ring that a single battery charge should last 6 to 12 months which is not the case. I have had to charge the battery twice in one month already, and with all presets either operating minimally or not at all.

Had my doorbell installed which only took about 30 minutes. The camera view is excellent and I love the fact I can see who is there. Great buy!

We love this doorbell so far! It is really nice especially when you have deliveries coming to the door! I work from home and it helps with not having to run to the door if someone knocks and I am busy with work!

The doorbell works great. I can’t seem to get it to sense 30 feet away,but that’s probably just me. The doorbell notification to your phone gets kind of annoying though,just a heads up.

I was reluctant to purchase but I'm glad I did. During this holiday season it has helped me keeps eyes on my incoming packages. I had to call customer service for an issue with installation and they were great.

The ring is an excellent security measure to take for your home security. It is sensitive and alerts us to any thing that takes place outside of our home. I plan on getting the security flood lights and camera.

Bought it for my parents so they could know who's knocking or anyone who is passing by the house. What I didn't like is how after a month of getting the app and using the service. I have to pay to get the benefits of motion sensor and playback. That's the only down fall of Ring not stating in the package. Video isn't to great, but there's a better version.
