Bought these as Christmas gifts. Haven't had them installed as yet. Will update this review after installation. Delivery was spot on. Transfer of ownership was easy to do for gifts of extended warranties.

The Ring doorbell works great. It meets all my expectations as far as all of the features and functionality. The best part is being able to talk thru the doorbell via mobile phone.

My home was recently burglarized and this item has given me a peace of mind that I need. If you have never gone through this experience, get one of these so you can either capture footage of the criminals, because the police don't even collect fingerprints, or you can possibly deter the act. You get instant notifications, video with sound, the ability to have multiple people receive the notifications, and you can set zones and alarm sounds. I love it.

Easy to use application and also great picture I would recommend it to anyone looking for security cameras

It installed easily and works great. Added needed security and helps with the recording of guests that came while we are gone.

I have been 100 % statisfied with my purchase of the ring doorbell. It s cost is 30 dollars a yr. I can see every person that comes to my door. I can answer my front door from my phone at any location. I was out of state and answered my door people whom I didn’t know. I can watch my packages once delivered from ups or amazon. Records anything near my door. Great product highly recommend it. People are being caught stealing package due to ring -com videos. Totally worth it

We got this wireless bell for a great price right before heading on a trip. It allowed us to keep track of packages and visitors and even answer the door remotely. Great way to keep an eye on front door.

I purchased the Ring doorbell 1 and I am satisfied with it. Just a bit slow when you want to view the camera from smartphone and would have liked to use firetv to view it as well.

This video doorbell easily shows who is at the door. Set up was easy and adds more security for my home.

Works very well as a camera when people ring the doorbell, but needs work for motion sensing. The motion sensor will work, but it is either too sensitive or not sensitive enough.

This is a great product. right away when you open the box you can see the detail that was put into the design and the care that was taken to put this package together. install was easy, in fact they even give you a cool tool to install the product, synced up with my Android and my wife's Iphone with no problems, they even offered a online video user guide that was easy to folllow and I became a expert, I have installed 2 others for friends and family

Doorbell works great. It is a nice addition to the other security products I own. It is especially nice during the holidays, so I know when a package is delivered to my doorstep.

Very easy to set up. Excellent photo and video quality. Great purchase and would purchase again.

My family takes security and the safety of our home seriously. I love that I can be in another state and still monitor who's at my door or on my premises. I wish it had better ring sounds though.

Drawback is that NoOne ever rings the doorbell. I made labels above bell "Ring Doorbell" still it is not working. The Company should include as part of their packaging labels and signs. The only indication I found of any signs was one costing an additional $49. I will be calling the Support Team as one month in and I have had to charge battery twice. Several neighbors have come over to view if workable and I did recommend the Ring.

I haven't installed it yet, started to but ran into a problem with vinyl siding, have to cut the siding and put a block of wood to mount it, it works tho, I did activate it and works great, now have to put it on the house.

This is a must have product for the home! The video quality is great. Good in size. Easy to install.

I love being able to see who is at my front door. The only thing I don’t like is when the WiFi signal is lost and comes back it can be difficult to reconnect the device to WiFi.

I would give this 5 stars except that you have to pay for cloud service. Ya, it's only $30/yr. but they don't exactly advertise that ahead of time. In any case, the only other negative would be that the motion is very sensitive and is constantly picking up movement, I've adjusted the sensor area way down, but doesn't seem to matter. More annoying then anything, but I would rather have it go off for no reason than not go off when I need it to

The only thing I don't like is that when I was looking at the product before purchase online I did not see anywhere that said it required a subscription to use all the services.
