Have it for more than a year. Love that you can see what going on from anywhere. Was just in Mexico and knew the exact moment the dog sitter and daughter came in and out. The best feature is the neighborhood watch comments from what your neighbors 'see' or perceive to 'see' . Then the followup comments. Can be quite entertaining. :)

This was a purchase for a relative as a Christmas present. I installed this item for the relative and set up on her phone. The installation was simple and straightforward and included some tools. The installation of the app on the phone was easy as well and functioned properly. The relative is pleased with this device.

We recently bought a house and it had no doorbell so we looked into reviews for a video doorbell. We purchased the Ring while it was on sale and so far it's worked great. I love that we can see who is at our door through our phones. I wish cloud storage was free with purchase of the device but they only provide you with 30 days free.

So glad we made the decision to go with the Ring doorbell. We can see when someone comes in the yard or to our front door. It gives me the piece of mind that I need when someone knocks on the door, that I can see then clearly and speak to them without opening my door. It's definitely worth the money!

Works great and good video and sound and easy to install

I love this product. Easy to install and comes with simple instructions. The whole family can have access through the app associated with the device. Very convenient. The Best Buy staff helped me to choose the best camera for my preferences. All of my questions were answered and I was assisted through the whole process.

Love the doorbell cam. I have answered the door while at work. It doesn’t connect 100% of the time but pretty reliable

When it has worked it was pretty nice. It has been non-functional most of the time.

We had been looking at getting something that would help us keep our domicile safer that it was before we bought it and hooked it up. We considered getting different systems similar to the Ring but we were very impressed with the ease at which my husband was able to hook it up. My husband's brother bought The Ring and recommended it to us.

Easy to install and works like a charm! decent video and audio quality.

I love the ring doorbell!!! Great for security, see who's at your door, when packages are delivered and the motion sensor kicks on even if they don't actually ring the bell. The only negative is the camera on this model isn't the best and you have to pay for a subscription. Otherwise it's great!!!

Easy to set up and it was ready to go out of the box. We’ll see how long the battery lasts. The app is user friendly and self explanatory

The motion sensor is real good. If the road or sidewalk is ep ft or more tell Ring a lot less or it will trigger on cars going by. The interface to Echo dot does not work at all. Not sure if that is a Ring or Amazon problem. Picture quality in phone is very good. Direct Sunlight will obliterate video

The doorbell works very well just can't turn it the way I need to. I do feel safe by having this camera to see what's going on at my home

I've bought the Ring doorbell for about 2 months and it has been a very pleasant experience. It was very easy to install and easy to use. It has never stopped working or had no issues issues. This doorbell lets me know when I get packages delivered, when people approach my door, or ring my doorbell. It is very convenient

This is the second Ring doorbell I bought. After the first one I bought this for my rental property next door. Easy to set up and install

Easy to install and so simple to use Gave one to each of my children for Christmas. All were thrilled and love the security enhancement.

It has already paid for it self in the protection it gives; even while I was home. WE LOVE IT!!

This is an excellent product. I did not want to have an expensive home security system/service, but wanted the ability to monitor outside. I do pay the $30 annual fee to have access to recorded footage, which I think is a decent price. Installation was easy. I am looking at buying more Ring products for the back of the house also.
