We love our doorbell. It adds a great security feature to our home. It is easy to use. The camera quality is low but for its price it is worth it. The motion detection is a bit too sensitive but like I said it is worth it for the price.

This thing has already save me from a burglary! Motion detector picked someone up snooping around was able to answer and person got spooked and just ran off!, Make sure you have at least half a cloud of WiFi signal, does require a good amount of upload bandwith.

Works well for older model. I have skybell on another property and this works better.

This thing is much wider than a standard doorbell. So, I had to mount it someplace different due to space restrictions. I love Ring products, but wish it would have fit in the previous spot so it could be wired into my physical doorbell.

I bought this doorbell camera for my mother in law. It works great and gives her peace of mind knowing she can see out her front door at any time period. It is simple to use. Nothing special to report. It works as it should.

Surprised that the product works as advertised. No issues other than occasional poor connection likely due to my own WiFi location. Have been able to view activity at home even while on vacation in Europe and the Caribbean. Well worth the money.

This item was a free gift with purchase, and let me say I am 100% satisfied. The clarity of the image, and the sound quality of the videos are amazing. Ring has excellet customer service and a great product line. I will be buying one for each of my family members for Christmas.

We have and Arlo Pro system already, but unable to cover the front door. With this we will be able to.

I have one for my home, mine works great and purchased this one for my parents. Only problem with my parents,it's keeps going off and no one is there. I turned off the notifications and now it's ringing the doorbell and no one is there

The ring is easy to install and works as described. Should have made purchase a long time. You don't have to know much about technology to use this video doorbell, as long as you are able to read and follow the instructions you will be good. Set up is very quick.

I have been hearing good things about this product & had to try it out myself. Fell in love instantly!

Like the doorbell. Takes a bit for it to alert my phone when the doorbell is pushed.

My first one kicked the bucket after just a week .. the second is still going strong

So I got my ring had it for a couple weeks had to charge it once I got it out the box...installed very simple and easy done in 15 min haven’t had to charge it yet sitting at 75% still going strong awesome product I love get to see who’s coming and going

The first one I got was defective and the two-way radio didn’t work. I returned it and got the second with battery drained. After 5 hours of struggle, it is working as promised and can’t be pleased. I would give it a five star had it not been my bad luck.

Really impressed. The only downside so fat is not reconnecting to wifi automatically

The Ring doorbell is a great product. You can control it for any device through the app. Also can see who’s at your door at anytime and talk to them. The thing that I’d change is that it should come with the chime since it is a doorbell after all.
