Would have rated lower had they not added the new features. I love the update pushed out by Ring to add the live view feature. It's a good camera. I get a few false activations. It's a good camera for the money.

This works great. Great range of view and very clear. Really like the app where yiu can see whats happening to other Ring users in the area. Battery needs to be charged too frequently.

This an amazing product for home security and overall for just being able have that peace of mind

I like this doorbell camera. The camera image is clear and detailed, being a 720p camera. Works as designed. A little too sensitive, even in lowest setting. My front door wind-chime sometimes sets the motion sensor off. It is about 6 feet away from the camera.

Works well picture is clear and so is the sound. Would have given it 5 stars except for the lag in connecting once its been activated. It take a good 45 seconds to 1 minute to see who is at the door and that's with excellent wifi connection.

I thoroughly enjoy this product. It provides an eye of things that go on in front of my house and works well.

Good upgrade to a basic doorbell and a good addition to any home with or without an alarm system

BOUGHT THIS AS A GIFT SINCE I ALREADY HAVE ONE INSTALLED AT MY RESIDENCE. I BELIEVE IN THIS PRODUCT AND ENJOY ITS SECURITY. I INSTALLED IT IN APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES AND HAD IT RUNNING IN ANOTHER 5 MINUTES. I WILL BE PURCHASING THE OUTDOOR CAMERAS AND CHIME AS WELL.

Great addition to home. Kids love it and it is SO nice to be able to see whats going on at home.

I love how it lets me know when someone is close to my step but I also feel the they should give me another battery so that I don’t have to wait for the only one battery to charge because anything can happen during the time the battery is off charging

Good device just wish it was a bit easier to install. Great for any smart home.

I was so excited about getting the Ring doorbell. I like it for the notification that someone is at my door. However, when I answer the ring doorbell, the person at my door can never understand what I am saying. The same goes for the camera - the picture is pretty distorted. I have my Ring Doorbell connected directly to my old doorbell.

I love this thing! At first I had the sensitivity up too much so my phone was blowing up with motion notifications but I finally got a good level set. It has come in handy with answering the door since we live in the upstairs of a split level home. I don't know how I survived without this before haha.

We bought this to keep on eye on the house when the kids were home alone. It works well, we live on a fairly busy street so there are a lot of motion alerts and the battery drains fairly quickly but overall we are happy with it

Battery doesn't last and motion detector picks up cars and trucks in street. Their solution buy a "wedge" to point the camera downward, I don't want to buy another thing.

I love the fact that you can capture video and see delivery people just dropping my packages but the video is not long enough. Camera has also caught interesting bright fast moving little “lights”. I don’t know what they are. Just weird!

Provides a little extra security for your residence. It's good to know who is at the door

I really like this product, though it is very sensitive to any movement. I have it on the lowest setting which is supposed to be 5-10 feet, but it still picks up movement 25 feet away. Can be bit annoying to get all of the notifications, but better safe than sorry.
