I definitely feel like I’m in control. I like being alerted when I have visitors and or when a package is being delivered. I’m glad I have it. I also like that I can view it no matter where I am. It’s very easy to use.

I like this product and it has impressive features for the price. But it doesn't work with my current doorbell and I found it has to be recharged periodically, rather than just switching batteries out

this has been the best purchase I have made at best buy! I love being able to see who is at my door especially when I'm home alone. We also purchased cameras for the sides if the house which I have enjoyed.

I travel a lot with my new job, so my wife wanted a little more peace of mind when she’s home and I’m on the road. This new Ring doorbell provides just that, and I love being able to check it while I’m away as well.

Great value as far as the price . The color fits with the theme of my entrance to my home. Installation was very nice and easy to follow the instructions. Will refer a friend to purchase one for their home.

I bought this for my 80 year old Mom so that we can monitor her home and make it a bit safer. I had held off on this purchase in the past because I was afraid it was too "techy" for her. My Mom is a "young" 80 yo, who has a smartphone and knows how to use it, so my concerns were unfounded. I installed this without any problem. It didn't work with her existing chime though and I had to install a separate chime so it could ring in her house. It was easy to install and quick to get up and running. This one isn't as clear video as the Ring 2 or the pro, but it does the job for a cheaper price. Sometimes it can be grainy and there are some false alarms (-1 star), but overall, we are happy with this purchase.

I like this product but I am not a fan of having to pay for additional storage. It is only $3/month currently. It serves its purpose well as a video doorbell but not much security without the record feature.

This ring doorbell was easy to install and works well. I have had a few problems with it connecting to the app but after closing the app and reopening it the camera connects.

Installation was easy. I wish the camera could show in 1080p but it is quite clear. Overall I am completely satisfied especially with Ring customer service. I had a question about inoperable live viewing and they were able to get it running within minutes.

Using as a front door camera, decent quality and visual. App can be glitchy, overall it does what it should. People can ring the doorbell and you can speak to them without going to the door

We don't have a doorbell at our house, so when I obtained this little gadget I was so excited. Not only can I hear when someone is at the door, I can also see who's at the door. So happy with this purchase.

Product works great. There is a $3/ month but is very worth it as you can watch videos in the past. It's also another community to be part of to alert each other what's going on in the neighborhood
