This was easy to install and setup. I can't believe it took me so long to actually get one. The nice thing is, I'm joining several of my neighbors in getting a Ring doorbell and we can watch out for each other.

I bought this for my 80 year old Mom so that we can monitor her home and make it a bit safer. I had held off on this purchase in the past because I was afraid it was too "techy" for her. My Mom is a "young" 80 yo, who has a smartphone and knows how to use it, so my concerns were unfounded. I installed this without any problem. It didn't work with her existing chime though and I had to install a separate chime so it could ring in her house. It was easy to install and quick to get up and running. This one isn't as clear video as the Ring 2 or the pro, but it does the job for a cheaper price. Sometimes it can be grainy and there are some false alarms (-1 star), but overall, we are happy with this purchase.

My wife and I decided to replace our old wired doorbell with the Ring Video Doorbell. The installation was super easy. Since installation, we have avoided numerous solicitors and have even been able to answer the door from 1500 miles away.

This is really good thing to have ,you can Alway know who at you door and special if you like me Alway orders stuff off line you can tell the Postman where to put it if you not home LOVE IT

Enjoying having this to know who comes to our front door and when...including pesky doe who munches on my flowers many nights! We installed ourselves on stucco using a piece of wood under it.

Very helpful when you have teenagers and want to know who comes and goes.

Excellent camera, shipping was fast and easy. Everything was in the box.

Easy to set up. The motion detector kicks off at 30 feet even though I set it to 5 feet. The camera is ok but needs to be in focus more, maybe a better lens. All in all it's ok.

I like this product but I am not a fan of having to pay for additional storage. It is only $3/month currently. It serves its purpose well as a video doorbell but not much security without the record feature.

Camera doorbell works as advertised. Before I bought this I really didnt realize the amount of traffic on my street. I recommend this for anyone wanting a bit of security at the front door

I purchased my new ring, and when it arrived I had no problem installing it myself! I love it, because with the husband working evenings and nights I don't have to worry about not knowing who is at the door!

Product works great. There is a $3/ month but is very worth it as you can watch videos in the past. It's also another community to be part of to alert each other what's going on in the neighborhood

I love how you can see who at the door when you are not at home and also talk to them and the cost is not that high and it is not hard to set up I will recommend this to anyone a must have for everyone

Very good at detecting motion in my front yard. I have a battery/charing one and the only complaint is I wish it was solar operated for optimum performance.
