Love it,cwe can see who's at our door without getting up. We can see who came when we're not home. Love the feature that lets you share and see crimes in your area. Highly recommend this product.

Have been using it for more than a year and so far no issues. Battery life is good and video quality is great. 2 way communication is great.

Very sensitive picks up people going by in and on the porch

My parents were so excited when they received this from me for Christmas. They have two homes so this is a great way for them to keep an eye on the home they're away from. This is a great product that's easy to install.

Only had about two weeks but install was very easy and it works exactly as expected. Still working on settings to minimize notifications. Would give 5 if not for the # of notifications. Happy with purchase.

The timing and deal was perfect this device was a must buy.

The new live view feature is great. Motion sensor could use some work. Need a good home network for it to notify quickly. The cloud recording is a great value.

Good purchase. I can watch over my home when gone and see the coming and going of anyone walking by. I also like that I can see posts from my community that individuals upload.

Wish it would notify immediately when there is movement instead of a minute or two later, video is kind of laggy and sometimes it just records a black screen. Besides that it works ok.

I like the Ring Doorbell, however as with all electronics in life it has its flaws. Great idea and features. Obviously it needs an internet connection so if the internet is down the door bell doesnt work. Over all it works very well. I use it like a motion sensor at work to arert me a customer has arrived so I am 100% expcecting accuracy, but who wouldnt with any security device. I have had to do a hard reset once on it and have had to delete the app on my phone and start over a handful of times. Overall i would buy it again

great device to have for the home owner, still trying to fine tune it though.. Also nice to see who is at your door and decide whether to answer or not.. good clarity on the camera and decent sound quality

Love this door bell! Its easy to install and take off to charge. I do recommend purchasing a solar charger if you have a lot of traffic around your house.

Nice price for the camera and service. Sometimes video and audio lag, and too many alerts are common but overall a nice addition. Easy to install on existing doorbell wiring.

Love my ring just wish it had better motion sensor settings. Some days it catches the cars that drive by and other days it don’t. I don’t want to see all the drive byes

I love this ring doorbell. It's makes me feel safer when I'm in the house alone with the kids. The camera feature works great. I also love that I can see what's going on at my house when I am not there.
