The door bell function and motion sensor are pretty impressive. There is a slight delay from when the motion is detected, and you recieve the notification, but other than that, good product.

Great product if you just want the basic model and okay picture quality. I rather add a little more money for the higher model with clearer picture quality.

I originally bought 2 then had to buy another 2 for a family member bc they loved everything this simple camera can do and watch from anywhere in the world from your smart phone

It was very easy to set up. It does exactly what is said on the box. Wish you did not have to by a plan is the only drawback. $30.00 a year won't kill you. An intruder might.

I really like having this doorbell camera. My regular doorbell's ring is low, so I don't usually hear it when someone comes to the door. Also, I have delivery instructions for Amazon deliveries but most of the drivers don't follow them. Nonetheless, with the Ring doorbell camera, I am able to get the notifications on my phone. So, I don't have to worry about not hearing the doorbell anymore and I can advise the Amazon delivery drivers or any other delivery drive where to place the package(s) so they will be out of sight.

I bought it at Best Buy, and it did not synch up with my internet because it was defective. Luckily the Ring service department is unbelievably good. They answer right away and stay with you until the problem is resolved. I sent them the defective Best Buy Ring doorbell and they sent me a new one that worked and synched up immediately to my internet. The Ring service dept. is the best that I have ever worked with. Other then that the Ring can be a little spotty at times and not work so well and other times work great. Overall we like it. The door bell part of the Ring is also a little spotty but it works most of the time.

Great battery life I can see pretty much everything in the front of my house and it pretty easy to install as long as you have the power tools for it

This is a great product you can see a panoramic view around your home . It's so amazing we are buying one for our back door. The view is so freaking clear the camera is the number 1 reason I love this Doorbell

Great security for keeping watch at the door. This device help to communicate with anyone at door when your not home or too lazy to talk to unwanted salespeople.

Couldn't live without it. I know every time someone gets near my home, when packages are delivered, everything! It gives me an amazing sense of security.

Good doorbell to have great for the price....only thing is sometimes it does not catch some moves...but overall its great..compatible with amazon Alexa.

I love this camera. You can see everything anytime of the day. Connected to my echo dot which alerts me when movement has been detected or someone rings the bell. I love it!!

The quality of this camera is not that good. The newer model is much better. This is good to get a general idea of deliveries and happenings. it would not be good enough to get a plate number or a good description of someone. I also don’t like having to pay for viewing the recordings. There are other very good cameras that give you free viewing for several days. Those also allow you to put a card in to do constant recording.

My husband was nice to buy this item which I been looking forward to buy for tge longest time. It works great and we love it! Love the fact that we can keep an eye on our house even when we are not there.

Wish the battery lasted longer. Also wish they said somewhere it’s a paid service to view previous motions. But the service is cheap

Overall installation was easy. Had a few issues with the doorbell inside but was able to rectify that. The app and the Ring work as expected.

It was great at first. It is always picking up the garbage truck and plow driving by. Tried adjusting motion settings but it doesn't help. If I lived in the country it would be great.

My house was broke into, we got the ring right away. This helps me not worry while I am away from the house

This is great the video quality is better than security cameras the night is clear. The only draw back is it is confusing on setting the motion sensor distance sometime it works on cars but not on people.

Very satisfied with this purchase. I've had people ring my doorbell when I was out of the house. I'm alerted immediately and able to respond appropriately. It definitively gives me an added sense of security.
