We use this along with the Echo Show. When we are upstairs we can view who is at the door. I have also used it to speak to a Delivery man to let him know I was on my way.

This is my 2nd Ring door bell I put this one in my back gait! Love this device. Easy to use and comes right to my phone and I feel safer when not home and in bed.

I love the ring doorbell... the only thing I don’t like is I live in a complex and even on the lowest motions sensor setting i get notifications all the time. But it works great!

The quality of this camera is not that good. The newer model is much better. This is good to get a general idea of deliveries and happenings. it would not be good enough to get a plate number or a good description of someone. I also don’t like having to pay for viewing the recordings. There are other very good cameras that give you free viewing for several days. Those also allow you to put a card in to do constant recording.

Great battery life I can see pretty much everything in the front of my house and it pretty easy to install as long as you have the power tools for it

We love the concept of the Ring doorbell, but our internet Wi-Fi isn't really powerful enough to utilize the notifications or video making it relatively useless for us. We are using a booster and it's still not enough.

I had installed a Ring doorbell a few weeks ago and it worked great, for a while. I came home one night and my doorbell was ringing continuously. I reached out to customer service and got an email back with ten questions to be answered. I had another problem with it, so I decided to return it and try another one, figuring that the first one was a lemon. The new one has been working fine for two weeks now. I like being alerted when FedEx or UPS has made a delivery to my house so I can go home over the lunch hour and take the package inside. Overall, I'm very pleased. I just hope this one doesn't develop the same bug as the last one.

Wish the battery lasted longer. Also wish they said somewhere it’s a paid service to view previous motions. But the service is cheap

Easy installation with simple instructions anyone could follow. The motion sensor had to be adjusted but so far no false alarms. The app is user friendly as well. I plan on buying another

I installed it at my mom's after her car was a victim of the "Car door Checker" Thieves. Works great and it is simple to use for my not so technologically savvy parent :)

We decided to try the Ring-WiFi Smart Video Doorbell because we have a solid wood door and no side lights and are unable to see who is at the front door - it works great - no matter how far away from your home you might be! Also love that it lets us know when there is motion outside the front door - although it is very sensitive and may need to be adjusted so it doesn't generate sound for everything that might possibly go by on the street or 'fly by'. Highly recommend this product.

Easy to set up and use straight out of the box. Holds charge for a good amount of time. $30/year to be able to view previous videos after the initial trial period is over.

I was a little skeptical about buying this product because I didn't think it would work so easy but it was easy to install and operate. My wife is so impressed she wants me to buy the monitoring devices too.

I've been putting this off way too long. The Ring doorbell was easy to install and link to my phone. I'm already looking to expand the system for greater security.

This is the best thing I've ever bought! it works great! I hard wired it to my existing doorbell. (best results) and it looks better too. Who wants 2 doorbells? Easy to install. Only wish I bought it sooner

Great product. Recently away and the ring app sounded indications someone was at the door. Got to speak to the person as if we were home. Great security. Recommend for every house

Doesn't always pick up movement. Good qualities is that you can save and download screen shots. Serves it's purpose to see and speak to whom ever is at your front door.

Love my new doorbell! It was very easy to install, and the camera covers the whole front entryway. The app is very user friendly. I'm also thinking about upgrading my flood lights to Ring.

The ring security system has saved me a lot of money while protecting my home. The doorbell camera is very clear and I have not experienced any problems with it.
