Great doorbell/camera. Adds a level of security for the whole family. Easy installation and setup. I wish I had bought the Ring Doorbell sooner.

Easy to install and program. Adjustments for my application were straight forward and worked to get the coverage of my door that I needed.

This is a cool device and generally works as advertised. However, its motion detection takes a long time to detect motion and is easily set off by passing cars. Also, the bandwidth of the host site often makes it difficult to view the alarms or use the real time viewing option. I think many of these concerns are addressed in the second generation device, which must be hardwired.

This product performs perfectly - from the ease of installing the device, changing batteries and the associated software.

I love to look when i hear it chime. Mostly just a car driving by. Works really well. Going to get the wedge camera too high.

This ring pretty good to know who is in your door. Neverthless I dont like you need cloud services to maintain your videos if not only live video work.

The Ring is really good, and this first model I like because of pricing and the volume is great. You don't really need more than 720 to see it good on your phone.

Really wanted some sort of video security setup. The Ring is a very easy option and doesn’t require a lot of fuss and setup. Video and sound comes in clear. Great item.

This works really good. It’s nice to see who’s at the door even when you're out. I had to get the extender with the ringer because we’re a little far from the router

The whole doorbell has to come off to chargeninstead of just the battery i dont like that part everything else is good

I don't have a peep hole in my front door so this was the ideal item to install. Now I can see and hear who's at the door without opening it. Easy to install. Great product.

The membership is Cheap and good quality better than alarm system. Super easy to install the battery takes a little bit to charge for the first time

It is important to set the range or you get excessive motion notifications. Not clear if you have to have a monthly charge once everything is installed.

Love this doorbell! Can answer the doorbell even remotely and direct workers. Safety feature because you don’t have to own the door!

Love the ring door bell went through many battery operated one's that never worked never have to worry about that again plus the camera has that added security for your home.

We have had this for a Month and a Half. The Good: We get notified for all triggered motion activities and door bell presses on our phones and chime box. At $3 a month, we can review footage from any motion or bell press activity. Speaking through the doorbell works great. Ability to see neighborhood activity is nice. The Bad: There is a delay with video feed (both getting it turned on and general video lag). The 720p camera can get blown out with bight backgrounds. The app isn't perfect.
