Oh no, I am so sorry to hear about this poor Ring experience. Ring Video Doorbell is compatible with 802.11 b/g/n WiFi networks operating at 2.4 GHz frequencies. Ring recommends WPA2 Wi-Fi security. Additionally, for best streaming performance, we recommend 1 Mbps upload and download speeds. Do you happen to know what your upload and download speeds are? You can check by visiting www.bandwidthplace.com on your cell phone, and running a speed test right next to where your Ring Doorbell is installed. We also recommend running a speed test right next to your router and comparing the two speeds.
