This doorbell is great, it has a very nice camera on it picks up a lot and love how we can talk to someone or the kids If we're not there!

We had some other cheaper cameras on our house that wouldn't catch any motion. We got the ring doorbell and love it great device

Easy to install. Pictures is kind of dull, but seems to do the job. I like the app and how it shows you everything.

I like all of the Ring products. The newer door bell has a great camera and options of the face color. Great buy!

Ring Doorbell has an excellent picture on the camera. It is nice to see and talk to person at the door and gives you a full view of the person on the camera.

I can live view my front porch, motion detection, and i can talk to people safely from inside of my home. 10/10 would recommend.

Easy to set up and install-no problem there. Video lags a bit (some video shows delivery person as they walk away). A little lag time between when person ringing the bell and when the notification comes through on my iphone/ipad. Had some issues with notifications (do not set up notifications on Apple watch or notifications will not show up on iphone) Wish they would create and app for a laptop, desktop and TV-that would be awesome! Also wish I could get notifications on my Apple watch and my iphone.

Easy to set up but even with the motion settings at the lowest it still constantly picks up everything.

I like it because it lets me see who is at the door but the battery keeps dying not happy about that

I love this product. I just wish I would’ve purchased the newer model as I was told the camera was clearer. This one is great tho.

No wiring needed for this version. It is a bit wide so you may want to mount on house siding. Will also need to swap out rechargeable battery on this model.

When we purchased our new house it did not have a doorbell. After looking at several traditional doorbells at the big box stores I noticed Ring when checking out at Best Buy with another purchase. I brought it home and showed it to my wife. She was surprised at what I had been willing to pay for it but after installing it and showing her how it worked she is super happy that I did buy it. It is very nice to be able to see what is going on outside your front door anytime of the day or night and to get alerts when motion is detected near your front door. The product works very well.

The camera and ring is easy to install gives you clear video of what is happening in your surrounding and motion activated is great

It was actually was easy to install and works without issue. the Ring device brings piece of mind at home and away.

I did not realize that it’s necessary to purchase a separate monthly plan to have recordings of who rang your bell. If you are home and/or on WiFi, it’s works fine. If you’re out and about, it takes forever to connect so your visitor may be gone by the time you can see your front door. Also needs to be dismantled to charge about every other month.

Great wifi doorbell, super easy to setup. Sometimes it has a hard time connecting right away from the phone, but overall it's totally worth it.

This item was great it was just what I was looking for. It also updates you on crimes in your neighborhood.

This doorbell works great for viewing anyone who walks up to your front door. I have had it for a few weeks now and enjoy it but just yesterday 2/24/17 my wife came home to a house that the doorbell would not stop. I called Ring customer service and they worked diligently to get the problem solved. Unable to solve problem they offered to send a new one. So as for the doorbell it works great when it works and customer service is awesome. As for now I still would recommend this doorbell given the great customer service.
