Very pleased with this doorbell. Bronze color looks great and was a breeze to install. Will be buying another Ring product soon if it's anything like this.

I liked the fact I could simply replace my old door bell button with "Ring" and not depend on batteries or do new wiring. I also think it is neat to monitor movement at the front door no matter where I am at the time of the signal on my smart phone. One day someone rang the door bell and we were not home but all I had to say to the person was "I'm not able to come to the door right now but if you leave your material on the handle I'll look at it later." I've enjoyed it so much I bought two more as gifts.

It records well, but only bits and pieces it did not pick up all motion at my front door.

Quite easy hookup with my internet and then my smartphone. Connection to house (stucco) was a little difficult - thanks for the extra parts.

It's ok, but it only records about 30 seconds at a time, especially if the person(s) is not moving around. Does not get every angle, the image is somewhat unclear. It picks up the sound great and I love the alerts. I would not purchase this again for the price, I think it should cost a little less, maybe about $30 dollars less. Other than that, it works pretty well.

I ordered the Ring doorbell online for in store pick up and it was ready in 15-20 mins. The quality is good and it performs as advertised!

We purchased our first Ring doorbell last year. This Ring doorbell is a welcome addition as we placed it at the rear of our home to view the backyard. Not that anyone will ring our backdoor doorbell, but the "live" feature allows us to see what is going on at anytime (on both Ring doorbell cameras) via the app, and that gives us peace of mind. I wish we would have had a Ring camera in 2016 when we had a break-in and thieves entered our home by shattering our back sliding-glass door.

This is fantastic and was a great price. Now can see all visitors to house whether I am home or not vi my phone.

My neighborhood was getting reports of people stealing packages off people’s doorsteps so I decided to get the Ring and also the companion Ring product Chime. It started off pretty well and everything seemed to work fine then a few months out it started going downhill. Here are the major issues I have experienced: 1. The first issue I had was that the camera was not detecting motion at my doorstep so it wasn’t even tracking my deliveries which is what I got it for. I tried adjusting and playing around with the zones and nothing seemed to work. 2. Next there were issues with the WiFi connection so it would drop out and flat out not work. This happened on Halloween so I had to leave a big basket of candy outside. Great timing Ring. 3. The other issue is the notable lag that occurs when ringing the doorbell. I would say on average 5-10 seconds after the doorbell is pressed is when you get a notification. Sometimes people even end up calling me before it rings. All in all I wouldn’t recommend this product until they get this stuff sorted out. That or they drop the price closer to what its actually worth.
