The only issues are paying $3 a month for recording/security feature really stinks! When it alerts you you hear wind chimes every time! But other than that it is a great product!

I had to purchase the ringing chime which is an additional $30, and the batteries, on the device, need to be changed every so often, since it is not built to be hard wired in. I don't need another task. There is one out there that can be hard wired. Get that one.
