We have been using this doorbell since 2 yrs. My concern is the battery charging as it runs out of charging pretty quickly. We couldn't hardwire so, we are using it by charging the battery every two months. Also, I would suggest they should have given free 1GB storage for recording.

This was such an easy install. Friends bought it and love it. So I had feedback on it as to install, functional use, etc.

Had some difficulty getting house bell to work w/ camera even though RING support was helpful , I did not get there and returned the item. Since I do not have a lot of deliveries and I use that door a lot, I decided I probably do not need this or that a 'regular' security camera with different exposure might be better. .. Otherwise the product seems to be good quality.

It seems to go off if a truck goes down the steeet or the wind is blowing. I wish it weren't so sensitive.

It seemed like a nice video door bell ,but unfortunately it wasn't able to fit perfectly in the way my door frame is set up,but the product looks great.

I’m very happy to finally have Ring video doorbells on both my front & back doors. Unfortunately, there seems to be a little delay in most movement notifications. However, the doorbell notifications are immediate. Additionally, the video quality is mediocre unless the object is close to the camera. Overall, I’m still happy that I purchased these items & feel safer in my home.
