Poor wifi range

The second one is working fine although they required putting a Wi-Fi booster very close to the doorbell, technical service suggested within 7 feet. The chime is total piece of junk I have tried three, they will not connect to the Wi-Fi .

I love it overall

Contacted RING and they gave me like 10 or more steps to do something including removing bring the device closer to my modem for testing. I dont believe I should need to get someone do come do this to incur charges... I should take it back to best buy and get a newer one who knows... when it works it works well
