System in general has worked as described. Biggest complaint was the drill bit. It says it can be used to install in to brick but that was not the case. Good thing I had a hammer drill and ended up going up to the hardware store to buy drill bits for stone/brick after theirs broke off. I wish they had document the drill bit size somewhere in their documentation or on the web site. Ended up eye-balling it for size.

Bought it last year and the ring was included but not this time so the price is not as good because it was missing a piece

I can now see the packages and people in my front door. I just did not like paying for subscription. I want it to be free.

Too many moves to answer. Grainy pictures poor audio. Motion sensor adjusts easily Lots of cats and plants blowing around and no false alarms. Ezey to see who comes and goes. Haven't been able to answer live ring remotely. Can't say it's not a fun thing to play with. O hard wire install was a breeze .

After installing it into my stone, it was pretty simple to setup and use

I live in a townhome community, and as such, packages delivered to the doorstep are very visible to others. This doorbell also helps me keep track of my visitors and I was thrilled the first time I spoke with a visitor through the doorbell! Highly recommended! HOWEVER, if you plan to get a solar charger, ONLY get it from RING. The Wasserstein one sold by Best Buy does not work.

Great camera to keep watch of the house but it is slow sometimes and lags.

Works as advertise. Was able to see everyone that came to my door and the motion detector works great, however I was not able to recognize faces in the driveway. I bought the 99.00 one it has a 750 camera cause I wanted to see if it was worth getting. I am planning to get the Pro next and put this one on my other door. The pro has a better camera 1040. Overall great buy
