This is a great doorbell ringer for visitors who come to the door or approach the door. Keep in mind it is not a live streaming camera that you can log in at any time. Although it does not do that it did not bother me. I have a front yard IP camera that I can live stream. Voice quality is what you expect over a typical unreliable Wi-Fi network. Sometimes great sometimes choppy. But I think it is the best out there

I think this product has a very good price for the quality

It took a month for support to adequately address the issue I had with mounting the device on the wall by my front door. Uneven surfaces such as brick or masonry cause problems with the mounting plate. The electronics are excellent but efforts should be made to make mounting easier on non-flat surfaces.

Purchased item and had Geek Squad install it. It literally paid for itself within 2 days! Was out of state and had asked UPS to HOLD packages until we returned. Well...as luck would have it, they left ten (10) boxes on our doorstep! Couldn't talk to the guy because we were in a movie theater and phone was off. As luck would have it, we were able to contact a neighbor to take in the packages until we returned.

Good camera. Works great with my phone. I've had kids see it and run away.

The integration with the Ring platform and Alexa platform is excellent. The picture quality is substandard compared with the HD cameras available, the sound quality is usable but not that good. I do not know how long the battery lasts before it needs recharging.

There was a person creeping around the neighborhood so I picked up a pair of these. They work great and have been quite useful. The front one picked up several cars driving by but the wedge eleviated that. The only small complaint is that they do not activate as quickly as I would like but that may be a setting issue. Would recomend them, for security and conveince.

This camera is easy to install and set up on your smartphone.

Good camera but upgrade if you want a super clear image.
