There appears to be an issue with mismatching shipments where the backplate will have 3 rows of contacts while the doorbell only has 2. In my experience this is a problem if you have it attached to a real door bell chime in your house because it will make your doorbell ring nonstop.

No matter where I am whether it be at home or work. I'm getting that notification from the app within 3-4 seconds. I run a 50 MBS internet speed at my house by att. And I have an iPhone from Verizon with Unlimited internet. The camera is crystal clear

Works for what I bought it for.

The only thing I don't like about it is that to replace my existing door bell on the side so the camera faces the wall across from my door bell. Just the way my home is. If I place it on the door facing the driveway I don't get a live picture. So just wish it was a bit different but works for what I got it for.
