Tried installing video doorbell on my back door, but it would not connect with my Wi-Fi as it was too far away. Eventually had to install on a door we seldom use just so it would connect with Wi-Fi signal. Great concept but this product really needs much more range to serve modern homes that are ranch style or larger size.

We like getting notifications about activity in and around the front of our property. It has had one malfunction with connectivity with our wi-fi but the techs at customer service were able to get us back on-line after some re-sets. Good product that acts like a watchdog when we are away.

Notifies me anyone approaches door. Easy install. Works great.

This product is great. Took a little to set it up because I did the hard wiring and had to figure out why it was ringing the doorbell randomly. After getting that resolved it worked great! I would recommend if you have DSL or Satalight internet to know this will not work as well as it would with at leaste 10 Mbps speed.

This is a must have for any home. Motion sensor automatically send notifications to my phone when movement is detected without anyone even having to ring the doorbell. I really like the neighborhood watch feature that allows you to join a community of other Ring users for news and alerts to keep a look out for. Must have

Gave this to my dad as a birthday present and he loved it. For $100 it’s a really good smart doorbell, video quality is a little blurry but it is the version 1 with 780p. Other than that it works great and apparently battery lasts pretty long if there isn’t much movement being caught. Definitely recommend

Great sense of security away from home & on sights

I got this expecting it to work as it has been for the last month but after the first 30 days you lose access to viewing old notifications so you only have access to a live feed. The only way to get this back is another subscription to add to the list of things I already have to pay for monthly. Worth? Yes
