It's so convenient to be able to see who's at the door. I've also politely declined sales people. I find new uses for it constantly like recently I wondered if our recycling had been picked up, so I went on my ring app and watched it.

A circus RING!

Excellent Remote Home Monitoring

But I was able to install on wood wall next to entryway. Also since this can be used using an internal Battery option, I didn't have to worry about connecting to doorbell system wiring. Now I can view and speak with people coming to my front door, wherever I may be.

Great Device

One issue I have is the light on the ring can get bright when it catches movement. It has a bright circular light and it blinks a blue light so someone knows they’re being filmed I’m guessing. Otherwise great device.
