The first one worked great until we had to charge the battery, could never get it to work again, on our second one and the verdict is still out. Not performing as I would like as of yet. I have 2 more weeks and if it doesnt get better I am taking it back.

We really appreciate having the Ring! When I work from home I like the fact that I can answer the door without leaving my office desk. We pay for the monthly subscription so that I can access all the recorded videos. This is a must have to prevent porch-piracy as well.

Worth the investment and is a great security device.

I couldnt get the sensitivity right. Everytime i checked the recording there was nothing and it was 10 per hour all day and all night too. My house is 70 ft from the road. So i guess theres too much reflection.

The product has worked great from Day 1. I installed it using my old doorbell's power wires (which, I think is the best way to do it). I like the ability to not only see, but speak to the person(s) at the door and view whomever approaches the door via it's monitoring features.

kind of does everything they claim I got it and Alexa on sale at Best Buy $49 for both are fun to play with but not hard to understand why they came out with Ring2 but good for the price a Best Buy for sure.

Worksike a charm...i use battery so in colder weather it drains faster about every 21 to 28 days it needs to be charged...takes 4 hours...video quality good motion detection works great and for 30 a year you get to keep recordings..otherwise it be 5 star if it was free

Only negative is the $3 per month mandatory charge to be connected to the Cloud. Since 95% of the action is motion detection, we don't see the value to pay to review just that. The Live Camera feed is very useful to monitor those at our front door. We may connect to the Cloud for the period of time when we are out of town however.

I bought knowing that I'd did not had live streaming but later I learned that a future app and firmware update will allow it. I really like it and it works everytime.
