This is a great addition to my current security system.

I bought this device for my electronic-loving hubby and he loves it. The best part is that I love it as well. I love that I can interact with other Ring owners in my neighborhood. I know way more than I need or want to about what startles others, but it is quite entertaining:)

Love this product. Made me have a better sense of security having this product. Will even replace the product if stolen. Batteries last a long time. And customer service was great. Paid me back the extra 10 dollars that I paid by mistake didn't even know I did it until I got the refund they could have just kept it 5 stars for sure

Love this camera. Such a clear picture even at night.

I saw this item advertised on TV and was very interested in it. I searched for it at several locations and found that Best Buys had the best price. If installing yourself, use caution to follow instructions as it can get tricky. It is a very useful item and can be answered when you are away from home.

We absolutely love our ring video doorbell, we can see who is at our front door while away and we could actually talk to them through the audio services. And also videotaped everything for us as soon as the motion sensor detects that someone is at our front door, this is a must have for everyone

Doorbell works fine. Guess with all the advertised hype. I expected the video to catch motion as soon as its detected and not till it's almost over. Adjustment is either too sensitive or not sensitive enough.

This is a great idea to be able to see who is at your door, monitor motion outside and take a live view whenever you want. However, unless your internet and wifi can get >1mb upload speeds you will have very choppy motion and voice and connecting the live view is difficult at best. Often long delays between when doorbell is rung and notice is on the phone. Once you get notified of motion or to answer you have to open the app and then answer the bell all of which takes time. That said, the company representatives have been very helpful and friendly in assisting my connection problems, but it comes down to my internet provider speed which is <1mb upload speeds. Also, our location for the doorbell is in a covered area with a long wall abutting the doorbell and the picture is often diffiault to see with brightness issues.

Picture quality is not always clear and on really cold days like below 10 degree the camera doesn't work. Also I don't like the fact that once your cloud is up after 30 days that you have to pay, they should allow you to view your camera footage 7 days without having to sign up for cloud services.

Love the ring product, plan on owning a few more different models in the new future. First one we bought went out on us. Took it back to best buy and with the warranty swapped out for a new one. We had to buy another warranty but it saved us from total cost of a new device. well worth it.
