Fantastic product that was super easy to set up an extremely helpful. The two way communication is especially nice. We had police knock on our door while we were overseas and we could communicate with them as if it was a walkie-talkie.

Solid device long as you have good internet service.

The installation instructions are not very friendly.

Love this camera, had a problem at first with my internet and Ring was right there with the answer. Super easy to use and they will hold your videos for a small fee. Looking into arming my house with the Ring spotlight. I bought this product at Best Buy and had an awesome salesman

This Ring doorbell does all I need from it. Wide angle view lets me see my entire porch and after adjusting the motion sensors with ease, I am alerted on my cellphone to any movement in the porch area and to any doorbell. Slight delay when conversing with someone through the Ring doorbell.

I bought this as a housewarming gift for my son. He gets lots of packages so he loves being able to monitor this from anywhere. He and I are looking into getting Ring security systems as well.

I’d recommend the ring doorbell to everyone if I could. My only con is that the night recordings are in night vision (black and white). I don’t think it’s a negative really, like what else can you expect, but it has helped my anxiety a great deal. I feel safer in my home as a single woman.

I love being able to talk to the Ups guy from another state and responding to them through my phone. I can just say I am busy please leave the package I am in the shower. Lol I can talk and and see the entire front yard 180° even if it is pitch black dark out, its even got night vision. Great product.

This was relatively easy to install and works well. We do not have strong internet service in our area, however, which I believe contributes to the delay in the video feed, as well as it’s choppiness. But, it works well for our needs.

Only have had this device for 30 days and the battery has gone dead. Supposed to last 1 year. It's now over 30 days, so I probably can't return it. Not sure what to do now.

I love this doorbell but sometimes it has a delay on it or it says there is someone at your door and know one isn't there.

After the bad freeze earlier this year, we had to replace our original Ring Doorbell. This one was the most affordable replacement. So much better than the original. Works really well wired. Love it!

My neighbor installed but watching him, it did not look difficult. So glad I have it now. Provides great security especially when I use my screen door or upstairs. Will be putting ring camera on garage and side of house for additional security. Recommend highly!

I have two doorbells and the floodlight Camera. I would recommend any other IoT security product because this stuff just works. The amount of features and simple interface sets this product far above any other I’ve ever researched. Do yourself a favor and buy this!

I use this to keep an eye on my 94 year old grandmother who lives alone. It's great for security and peace of mind in case something happens. I've given these to my daughters so they can keep an eye on their house while away. Easy to install and app is very user friendly.

I love this doorbell! I was one of the first to purchase of my coworkers and friends and they saw how much I loved it and bought there’s. Sometimes the WiFi doesn’t connect or runs slow so answering can be delayed. That’s the only downside but more of an internet issue

This item is great for detecting unannounced guests or solicitors who approach the door. If you are in a different part of the house it alerts you to movement or someone at the door. The one thing you want to make sure of is you have a strong enough Wi-Fi wireless router.

The product works fine. We had to install it sideways to fit in our entranceway. The item stopped working once, so we removed it from the wall and re-booted it from the inside. We also re-booted our wi-fi. It has worked fine ever since. We are pleased with the product.

We did a lot of research before we pulled the trigger and purchased this item. It works great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the lag time between the time you receive a motion notification and the time it takes to connect to the device to see it.

You must have WiFi... other wise this wont work. You press the doorbell, it alerts your phone and you can answer anywhere in the world as long as you have service. you can activate as soon as you buy it. The motion sensors can also be activated depending on the preferred sensitivity of your distance.
