I would recommend this product to anyone. I feel safer and really like the convenience of see who is at my door before I even get up to go answer it.If its not someone I know I just tell them not now over the speaker and continue with my business.

I got this camera hoping it would add a little security at my home and to keep an eye on any packages that get delivered. It took about 30 minutes to get it to connect to the WiFi while sitting right next to the router. Finally connected then mounted it and it was laggy at best. Most of the times it did not even alert. I took it down and went inside to test it closer to the router and same issues. I took it back and Best Buy convinced me to exchange it. I tried it again and again took about 30 minutes to connect and the one time it actually sent a signal while testing it was about 2 minutes delayed. I took it back again and I will try another brand. I wish it worked the way it was supposed to. But it never would.

The never ending promise from Ring to allow Apple HomeKit support for their doorbells. Their subscriptions are way too pricey for me. Should offer a one-day free viewing. If anything its a great motion sensor for time stamping things.

We really like the Ring doorbell/camera. It is easy to use and the ability to have "Live view" is great. The motion detection is pretty sensitive. Great video resolution and the audio works well.

Visitors at your door think you are at home if if you are not. Even if they do not ring the doorbell the motion detector picks them up and you have a description of them. So many advantages of Ring. This offers the homeowner added protection and the ability to have a video of anyone coming to your home.

This was bought to replace our home's door bell. My problems with it are; the battery drains a little too quickly, and there's a delay between pressing the doorbell and chime

There are plenty of security cameras and doorbell in market right now but what stands out about Ring is that there’s lifetime theft protection. If you don’t buy Ring Protection plan then this would turnout to be just camera

It does what it is supposed to do, and it's a noticeable deterrent at the front door. I have some buyers remorse in learning Amazon now owns ring. So, I'll keep using it, but will try another brand next time over privacy and security concerns.

I purchased this for my mother. She loves it, especially the motion detection. It alerts her to when someone is out by her back door. We hooked it up through her WIFI and iphone so she gets the alerts right on her phone. Very easy to set up and install!

Looks and works great when you are connected to wifi. If you are on the road or in remote locations, it takes forever to load. Wish the ring offered at least a year subscription included for the price we pay. Sensitivity can be adjusted so that is a plus

This makes it easy to see who is at the front door or if your package got dropped off. It has motion detection to help stop porch pirates. Awesome and worth it if you have a smart phone and want a little security

This doorbell works well for what it purports to do. If I had one issue, it would be that it seems almost overly sensitive to motion (cars, tree branches, etc.). However, I would rather have something be too sensitive than not enough.

What took me so long to purchase this item? Don’t know lol I’ve seen a lot throughout the neighborhood notifications and was awesome when one of the Apartments in my area was on fire I never would have noticed as quickly Thanks for neighborhood notifications!!

I wish I could give them a better than average but it has some issues.I am only going to recommend it if You have another brand of camera & alarm for real security.Great idea when it feels like working which it does at times.They had good customer service but I have been waiting days now for a response and was on hold for just under an hour the last time I called.MOST IMPORTANT YOU NEED FAST INTERNET.that would have been great to know before I installed them.upgraded internet still some glitches.Hats off to the Inventor but this model does not do what Your adds make one believe it is capable of.Maybe some of the newer ones do but I expect some customers may have to buy faster internet like I did.

Great idea, nice product. Did not work to my expectations.

Installed three Ring video doorbells on the house. One for each entry door. They work perfectly. Be sure to charge them all the way before installing for best results. Good WiFi signal is important as well. The small tool kit provided was a nice bonus.

Good product but quite sensitive to the sun (whitewash). If you have an East-west facing home, keep that in mind.

We bought this product because my husband sleeps during and you're able to disconnect the doorbell while he's sleeping. I live that I had a full on conversation with my mail man while at work to let him know no one would be able to sign for the certified letter he had. It was so easy to install.

The ring doorbell is just anothe safety net for your home. Records every movement. which is perfect for when you are away and miss anything when you could've been home. I also recommend to get the other cameras as well.
